My only gripe so far is that the ball is not coming off the bat correctly or purely. It seems to warp...and it seems all the hits are jam job gappers and HR's.

Man those uniforms are sure flapping away in the wind. I don't think in all my years playing or watching baseball I've ever seen a uniform do that.

Yeah, the cloth physics seem a little overdone. The game is looking pretty good though, I just hope the gameplay stacks up with the visuals.

Yeah, it's like a wind storm. I could maybe see that in Chicago. :)

If the "wavy" uniforms are what we are complaining about once the game arrives I'll be happy :) I hope 2KSports doesn't lay an egg. Alot of hope lies with Brinkman who came over from EA. We all know 2KSports has a history of releasing solid but buggy games. Maybe with Brinkman at the helm they will release a solid, bug free game.

Manny has never run out of the box that fast in his entire career!!!!! :D

This game looks GREAT. I'm glad that the "wind storm" wasn't there always. It looked at the end of the video that it died down. We can only hope that the game play is great. They have spent a lot of time on the eye candy. Let's hope they spent more time on the game play.

100% in agreement with you. It will be hard to play MLB The Show on the ps2 after seeing videos of this game.

Why? It was better looking last year too and it was a turd...regardless of the graphics...The Show will be better. I hope it's not, but I just need to level you guys out here...since everyone has a throbbing member for some damn screenshots and videos.

I am anxious to see MLB07: The Show on the PS3. To date there have been zero screens of the game.

I never played last years game since I only had a ps2 and MLB The Show was so outstanding.

This year, I've been following MLB 07 for the 360 and I really think (like NHL 07) the game looks spectacular, game playing aside. I won't buy a game because it's pretty, but is terrible realism wise.

After playing my 360 for quite some time now, it's hard to play any old games on the ps2.. what can I say? Playing on a superior system in HD has spoiled me. MLB The Show might be one exception, but I'll also see how OOTP does this year if MLB is indeed a turd like many have said about last years verison.

All we really have right now is screens and videos, but there's nothing wrong with hoping for a fun, playable game from 2k Sports.

I'm skeptical at best about MLB 2K7. I surely won't be running out and picking it up upon release.

I am too, but I also know that my desire to have this be a good game will probably override my judgment. Unless someone here posts some gamekilling bug before I get off work on the release day, I'll probably pick it up.

I think we are all skeptical, but I agree with Mizzou...there is nothing wrong with getting a little excited for a game that looks to have potential. I hate to keep mentioning it but the fact that Brinkman is on board is a huge positive.

Doesn't matter to me. 1. I'm not a graphic whore and 2. the PS2/PSP versions will be fine for me being I don't have a PS3 yet.
If those are PS3 screens...then I'm damn happy I haven't felt the need to pick one up. The PS2 version will be just fine. It looks identical. There must have been a mistake...

Those have to be PS2. They aren't in a widescreen aspect ratio so i doubt it's PS3.

I've loved the Show the last couple of years as much as the next guy, but it's going to be really hard to go back to the Show on PS2 this year after seeing all these 2k videos. Gotta love competition.

We've all been through this so many times. Let's wait until we actually play the game before we make any judgements (outside of "it looks really good").

it's hard to not get excited based on what we're seeing. I just hope there is no gamekilling glitch/bug in it. There will be one, just hope it's not a gamekiller.

I don't get the logic of some in here. Don't get excited about a game we're seeing videos of and interviews which sound promising. But be really excited about a game we've seen or heard nothing about, just because it was good last year.

MLB 2K7 is my next must have purchase for my 360. It's a no brainer for me. I've already convinced myself that it can't possibly end up sucking to the point where it's no fun to play. I'll be picking it up on release day without a second thought.
