Since everytime I try and run the demo it locks my 360, I couldn't tell you if this game is good or bad based on the demo.

Has anyone ever had trouble downloading a purchase from the marketplace? I got points as part of a Valentine's Day gift, so I decided to purchase the Steelers' theme. It took my points even though I kept getting a message that it couldn't complete the download and to try again. I had no trouble downloading free stuff.

It was less than $2 and hopefully I can download later, but I felt ripped off that they would charge me for something I couldn't download due to no fault of my own. I think first impressions are very important when trying to build something new and I definitely have a bad first impression of the marketplace now. They should error on the side of caution and only charge you after a successful download IMO.

A buddy of mine had this problem back in December. He couldn't download anything for a couple weeks. After contacting MS, they somehow corrected the problem, then credited his account with $25 worth of Marketplace points.

According to Major Nelson's blog, there's a trailer up for Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

I'm pretty sure it's the old trailer from E3...just in HD.

Well, I guess I got unlucky. After an hour on the phone they couldn't correct my problem and then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a refund on the points despite the fact that I downloaded another gamerpicture while they were helping me to prove that it wasn't my connection. I actually had to cause a fuss and threaten to speak to a supervisor before they would refund my rotten $2 in points. They said it was against their policy to refund points regardless of the cause of the problem. I told them I thought that was ridiculous and that they shouldn't take points until the item is successfully downloaded. I'm still pissed at them.

Haven't played the full version, so it might be fun taking this one for a spin.

Ridga Racer is by far the game that has more downloadable content on the 360. At least for in-game content.

They have a ton of new tunes, cars and tracks for download online. The game could be crapware, but atleast the dev team is giving buyers more bang for their buck.

As mentioned in the Top Spin thread, there's now a trailer for the game. It looks pretty damn sweet. The courts and stadiums especially along with the animations of the players.

Nice demo of Burnout Revenge. It's a Takedown Challenge. I played the demo a few times, and if it wasn't for the $60 price tag, I'd purchase it. When it drops in price, I'll pick it up.

I wouldn't say it necessarily looks next gen, but it sure looks clean and sharp. To me, it seems definitely faster than the Xbox version.

If this comes to be, then my 360 purchase will be the best purchase ever.

Man, I miss playing bb, but to be able to play live with voice chat will definitely make me moist. Forget Halo, GRAW, Socom, and all those other multiplayer games this one is the one to have and play. :D

The guys at OS claim Uno is coming to the Marketplace very soon. That'd be pretty fun to play online.
