I checked my bank account and every game I preordered I got charged like 10 days before the game released. I preordered COD WW2 about 2 weeks ago to get in on the beta and I haven't been charged yet. I usually have enough points to buy my digital stuff. Now since you're using your CC it might be different. With my points, they get taken out right away.
