No.
Roger made the call.
That guy will burn in hell. he is disgusting.
To me, he is the most hated person in the world of sports(other than Ramjang or whatever his name is).
All I want know is why wasn't Dez Bryant penalized for running onto the field without his helmet and chastising an official? Sad times indeed, I'm not sure how much I'll watch the rest of the playoffs from this point on.
It looked so doom and gloom for Romo at half time as those late penalties definitely killed the Lions in the end while Romo was getting better protection during the second half. Rooting for GB next week.

As should all humans and I never root for the packers.

NO.. either you see PI and throw your flag, or you don't and it stays in your pocket. It's typical NFL lately. I also saw a play where the Lions DE was being held in route to the QB and they call defensive holding so the Cowboys get a fresh set of downs. I have no horse in this race, but it was a PATHETIC reffed game.
I remember a day when I watched all NFL games and just Mizzou for college football.. now I watch all college games and can barely stomach an NFL game.
Even the post game crew said they have never seen a ref flag for PI and then pick up the flag.
CBS Sports is now running with the story since you know ESPN won't. The head ref said the flag was picked up because it was face guarding. You can clearly see in the replay or any video the receiver was pushed back with the left hand before the ball got to him.
Goodell should answer to this as it's his job but he won't. Sh*t cheating is pretty much in every sport but at least they TRY and not to make too obvious.
I thought the NFL Network was pretty independent despite being owned by the NFL but Irvin said the LB didn't press up against the TE so it wasn't a flag.
They didn't seem to dwell on it too much, just went on to praise the Cowboys. To be sure, they made plays when they needed to but that play could have been decisive.
Of course Blandino will go on NFL Total Access tomorrow and probably try to whitewash it.
I don't know what is worse, knowing how bad a screw up this is for the Lions or that Cowboys fans won't simply say, "hey, we got away with one." There is no harm in admitting you got some help from the refs on the call. s*** happens. It's clearly a f*** up by the refs. If there wouldn't have been a flag to start with there would have been some bitching but that's it. However, picking up the flag AFTER it was called - clearly a massive mistake.

Cowgirl fans are massive douchebags. They got a win with an assist from the NFL. No wya they get those calls against the poster boy Rodgers so they are done.
Plus Morelli is one of the worst officials in the NFL. The other one was that piece of s*** that is now working for CBS as their go to ref in the studio.

Seriously, whining about bad calls is the kind of the purview of the lame. I'm pretty sure there was a piece of s*** bad call in every Chiefs, Blues, Jayhawks, and Cardinal game I've watched over the last 10 years. s*** happens. The Cowboys got a pretty big break. Actually, had a flag never been thrown, no one would be freaking out , because everyone would have just assumed both players were pushing off on each other.
The Lions had a 14-0 lead and pissed it away. They not only got screwed on that call, but then they turned around and let the cowboys score. Then, when a turnover was re-gifted right back to them, they still pissed it away.
If a team consistently is undone by bad calls, it's because they the consistently play within a small margin of error. The fact is, that was a crap play that was probably not going to work, regardless of the interference and holding. Stafford through to a a guy that had no chance of catching the pass.

My guess is that its because he is part of the "team".
I think Bryant got a pass because the refs knew they had screwed things up. I'm not even a Cowboys fan. It wouldn't have bothered me a bit if the original call stood. I just think the entire thing was much less of a big deal than everyone is making out of it.
