I hate doing this here but in this case I don't have another way of contacting this person.
Saints owner you need to check in please, if you can't play your game you should temp. leave if you're around so your opponent can play.

I have no doubt. Plus having Willis in the middle doesn't hurt. It's like the Anti-Raiders in the secondary, though, where all of Oakland has 95+ speed CB's, the Niners have nobody in the 90's.Brando70 wrote:If you want to run, you'll have a good time with the Niners. Gore has a very good combo of speed, strength, and catching ability. Plus in this universe Michael Crabtree is not a money-grubbing idiot still holding out
In the 32 man OS league, McFadden is 2nd in the league with 874 yards rushing in 8 games. In this one, I don't think I could get 874 with Beanie in 2 seasons.

Played a half with the Niners just now and had 2 separate huge runs called back on Holding penalties. That was funny. Had 7 penalties IN THE HALF. This might get interesting...

Please let me know if you're available to play. We do NOT want the wrath of Dan. I fear it.
And #1 in the power rankings? Surprising, since I've got probably the most boring offense on the planet (notice virtually no Dolphins in the statistical leaders).
Though I must taunt those who think I don't use Ginn enough (*cough*Zeppo*cough*).
Are you free anytime tonight(Wednesday)
Ronnie Brown rushed for 146 yards, had 125 receiving yards, and scored four touchdowns in a 42-7 victory over the winless Saints. The Dolphins Wildcat looks were often stymied by the aggressive New Orleans defense, but that opened up some big runs and big passes, with Ronnie Brown being the beneficiary.
Good game Mark.
Good game Mark.
Tonight in week seven's Monday Nighter we saw a home shutout loss for the Redskins as eman exacted the first helping of his revenge for having had to select the Eagles instead of his home-town favorite Skins. 21-0 was the final score in a game that could easily have gone either way.
The tone was set on the very first play of the game which was an interception by Campbell on a throw into the flat:

D. Edwards picks off Cambpell for the first of four Redskins turnovers
A few plats later, the Eagles converted the turnover into a touchdown with a 3 yard Brian Westbrook run. The score remained 7-0 throughout the fiercely tough and physical first half of play between the bitter division rivals.
In the 2nd quarter, The Redskins mounted a long drive and worked their way deep into the Eagles territory as time ran down inside of two minutes. On 2nd and goal, Campbell was sacked, setting up a 3rd and goal from the seven. The result of the 3rd down play was Campbell's third interception of the half, this time in the Eagles end zone, and even Clinton Portis couldn't catch up with the speedy Assante Samuel as he ran the ball back 106yds for the TD to make the score 14-0 as the half expired.
The Eagles scored again early in the second half on a nice catch and run by Curtis to make the score 21-0.

McNabb to Curtis for a 29 yd. TD early in the 2nd half.
The rest of the game was a defensive struggle. In the end, the two teams would combine for only 304 yards of total offense. The Redskins came close on a few occasions to breaking off the big play they needed to provide a spark, and a score, but they just couldn't break through. This pass to Santana Moss is a perfect example of the kind of day it was for the Skins.

S. Moss was a shoestring tackle away from a touchdown in the 2nd quarter. The score was 7-0 at the time.
The Redskins turned the ball over for the fourth and final time when Campbell scrambled out of the pocket towards the first down, but instead of sliding, the big Auburn QB tried to power through for an extra yard or two and fumbled the ball away.

J. Campbell puts the ball on the ground for his fourth turnover of the game.
All the Eagles needed to do in the second half was eat up clock, and that's they did, converting key first downs on the legs of their veteran QB McNabb on three occasions. In the end, the Redskins offense was unable to move the ball into scoring range again, and the Eagles went home from FedEx still atop the division at 6-0. The Redskins fall to 4-3 and have a bye next week. The Eagles head home to host the NY Giants in another important division matchup.
Good game, eman. I was just not putting it together. Campbell fell back into the poor form he showed early in the season, throwing three interceptions for the third game this season. I could not get any run game going outside, and I adjusted too late to the way you were defending the flats. We'll see what happens when we meet again in week 12 at the Linc.

What's the deal with PM's not working?
Anyway, Nozzleman I'm free tonight or tomorrow after 10pm Central for sure. If neither of those works for you, let me know what does and we'll find something.

The only problem I've ever had with PMs is people not reading them after I've sent them. If they don't get read, they sit in the outbox, as DB mentioned in that PK situation. Once they're read, they go to the sent box.
This is why I try to push people to set their preferences to email them when they get a new PM. It's very hard to notice if you have a new PM here at the site if you are not already looking for it. Some forums throw a pop-up at you telling you you have a new PM when you load the site, but not here.
I don't think I'm making the playoffs.
