Yeah my comment wasn't towards any fans of the team remaining just on the game themselves. None were all that exciting and frankly not that well played. The Texans / Raiders game was hard to watch. The Dolphins, well not even sure how they got into the playoffs. Never mind the way games are called. I watch game after game of WR putting their hands all over DB's but if a DB even breathes on a receiver they get called even if the ball is in no way catch-able. They wonder why ratings are down, well defense can't hit anyone, can't touch anyone and every rule in place is for the offenses benefit and God forbid someone gets lit up.
I'm also finding it hard to find a team to pull for whether it due to coaches or players. I watched the games this weekend out of habit more than anything else.

I don't think next Saturday's games are going to be much better. But Sunday ought to be some great football. Chiefs/Steelers playing at noon in the cold and ice, and Packers/Cowboys playing in Jerry's World at 3pm.
I would like to see the Pats win just for the awkward Brady/Goodell moment. I also find this Steelers team entertaining, it's too bad Tannehill got hurt because I think that would have been an entertaining game.

Texans just won their 4th ever Playoff game, all wildcard home wins....
Im hoping you can find a way to get #5 overall, #1 on the road and #1 in the divisional playoffs.
Go Texans!
Thanks....not a Pats fan....Texans have only beaten the Pats once in their history and it was the last game of a meaningless season as well as a home game. The Texans have never had a killer instinct and struggle to close games out even with this kind of defense. Unfortunately, I see Brady picking them apart because that is what he and hoodie do to Houston every time. The Texans don't have the offense to match up with the Pats. Just a bad matchup overall for Houston. For Houston to win, it would be one of the biggest upsets in NFL Playoff history.

I hear ya....lots of folks are saying the same thing.....none of them were very compelling.
That Alabama-Clemson game sure made up for the lousy state of the NFL, although I am expecting a more exciting weekend coming up, at least three out of the four matches.

The semifinals of the college football playoff this year were just as dull and sh*tty as the NFL Wild Card Weekend games.

I just know this team too well. With the OL continuing to struggle, Wilson hasn't been able to settle down one bit and time is running out. Right now, it's just too much JJ, too much Freeman, and too much Coleman for SEA to handle. The D is missing key injuries and they just can't figure out M. Ryan, who's having an MVP year.
Unless they find their running game, I don't see Falcons choking on this game.
No surprise Texans lost. Horrible offense and terrible QB. Best FG team in the NFL though....Texans will never amount to much with Osweiler as their QB. GM Rick Smith needs to get run off now.....

This has been the absolute worst NFL Playoffs I've ever seen. We haven't had a good game yet. 0-6 so far. I have high hopes for Today. I am not sure how close the Pittsburgh KC game will be, but I expect an epic game in Dallas today. Here's hoping the Packers will get served a 55 gallon drum of karma and lose on a last second 60 yard bomb from Prescott to Bryant. I don't care what happens as long as GB loses. I can't stand Rodgers or the Packers fans. Green Bay fans are the biggest losers in pro sports. Constantly reminding everyone how the trophy is named after Vince Lombardi. Always talking up Lambeau. Lambeau is a POS stadium with bench seating. Who cares if it is old and has history, it sucks ass. If you want to go to an old stadium that is nice to watch a game at, go to Soldier Field.
With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if GB pulls it off. It seems almost certain that the SB will be NE and ATL. I wouldn't mind that one bit.

Good point. After both games last night, I thought, "I can't remember the last time the NFL Playoffs have been this dull." Then I realized this is just an extension of the most desultory regular season I can remember since I started watching pro football in the early 1970s.
Maybe I need to start watching more college football. All I know is that I received FAR more entertainment from the Michigan-Ohio State regular-season game, the Army-Navy game, the Rose Bowl and national championship game this season than I have from the entire NFL season so far.
I know it's popular to bash the NBA among the middle-age white dude set that fills DSP, but the Association's product - even in the regular season -- is far more entertaining and compelling than the NFL right now.

Not this middle aged white guy. I've always pimped the NBA.
