Thanks for all the info on Ryse everyone. I think I'll get it. I thought maybe my kids would like it since they like button mashers but see it's rated M.

btw turned on PS4 first time in a month. forgot how nice of a system it is. glad I kept it. it's nice to have both really.

Welp, this game is outstanding. I'm not quite sure why I didn't give it it's full shake on the PS3. It has me fully engrossed and while I'm only a few hours in, it's moving up the chart as one of my favorite single player experiences. I'm enjoying the story line more than I thought and love the characters along with their interactions with one another. There's a few instances where I've gotten frustrated with certain objectives, but all in all, it does play fair.

I had bought a new custom XBO controller last month at walmart and saw that the stick is a bit fading away. Not tore, but maybe about to.

Do you guys use anything to protect the rubber on the sticks and if so what do you recommend?

I use a couple of rubber add ons that they sell at GS or you can check kontrolfreek.com for more variety.

Bored on a snow day so I messed around with the new Upload tools and made a quick video of FH2. The tools are pretty cool stuff. Check it out.

Threw together a quick NHL 15 highlight video...Flyers vs. Jackets. I lost. I just used a generic Upload template but there are numerous others to use.

Yep! I wouldn't put it in the class of The Last of Us, but so few games are. It's a really fun single player experience!

I'm about ready to sell off my PS4. Since I got XBO, it's been collecting dust. The games I have for it that I play occasionally are NBA 2k and the EA Sports games, which I can also get for XBO.

For you PS4 fans, are there any exclusive PS4 games coming out in the next 3-4 months that you would argue for keeping PS4? I don't care about THE SHOW.

I only get my gaming and sports news from dsp. You go to other sites and they're all pro ps4 and hate xbo. Here I think ppl can give me a better and more fair assessment.

What other sites? You can go to any of the major gaming sites or the smaller independent ones and get a list of upcoming games and see which ones are highly anticipated. You can see pictures, video, and descriptions of gameplay and none of it will have any kind of fanboy bias unless you like reading the comments section. You can then make an informed decision on what looks interesting to you and your specific tastes. Then you can wait for release and read a number of reviews from various web sites to get an idea of what kind of game to really expect and whether or not to spend your money. It's not very hard. The internet is a wonderful place filled with useful information. All you have to do is google "PS4 exclusives for 2015" or "xb1 exclusives for 2015" and you'll get numerous lists of upcoming games with brief descriptions and videos.

The Show is a big one for me. I had been looking forward to The Order, too, but there's no way I would pay full price after what I've read.

Bloodborne would be the biggest exclusive with a real release date, as it's from the publisher of Demon Souls. If (big if) Uncharted 4 comes out this year, that would probably be the biggest game. I'm also intrigued by the horror game Until Dawn, but that is also another that could get bumped back.

Really, the exclusive list for both consoles is pretty crappy right now.
