NHL 16 cover.

Not that there is anything wrong with it but this is the gayest cover ever. I am sure both are embarrassed of this ea photo shop at some level.

That cover is a freaking travesty. You have Carey Price, PK Subban, and John Tavares that would have all been great candidates. Both Toews and Kane have already been on the cover before. If it's got to be a Hawk, why not Duncan Keith? I don't get that at all.

This either fell into their laps or the marketing team made a late decision to make "Play Together, Win Together" the tag line for this year's game. Putting the two most recognizable stars from the Stanley Cup champions on the cover is a no brainer - it certainly makes more sense from a marketing perspective than the days of a Phaneuf or Staal on the cover.

Make your own cover if it's that important. You can find a template online somewhere. I could care less...unless a Dragon was on the cover. Alex Zorba on the cover kicking RamJags ass would sell like hot cakes.
