Has there ever been a story in a Battlefront game?

I'll be honest. I didn't put two and two together. You're right about there not being a single player experience in a Battlefront game. I probably should have known that. Either way, my gaming time is going to be full with sports games, Tomb Raider, and Forza 6.

Didn't BF4 have a signle player campaign? I started it, until something happened, and I lost my save point..... (apparently a known bug at the time)

Also, the game will be up on EA Access on XB1 November 12, 5 days before release.

Got it pre-ordered for the PC. Just waiting to see what kind of XB1 group we will have here before pulling the trigger. I was expecting to see this game bring back some of MIA's like Zep and maybe Teal.

Yes!! You guys weren't kidding when you kept pushing me to get EA Access. It has already paid for itself with the games I have already tried, and now this. I was totally on the fence about getting SW Battlefront as I am more of a single player guy, and now I can just give it a go without thinking of the price tag.

I am 100% in on the XBox. Loved BF3 and 4 and played the hell out of both. Can't wait to have that experience in the SW universe.

My son got a beta code from the Sony twitter account yesterday, they were giving a few out. He downloaded and played it last night. I watched him play for a bit and it's the best looking game I've ever seen. His final thoughts were that it's the best game out for PS4 right now.

You don't need a beta code it's an open beta. They were giving out codes the last few days for people to play early. At least that is my understanding.

Yes. If you have the Xbox One Smartglass app AND your console is not off but in low power mode. If both of these apply then goto the Store on the Smartglass app and search for the beta.

Beta is only 7.7 GB, but it's downloading slower than an income tax refund. Servers must be getting hammered.
