What does 2k10 have to do with The Show 11's debut trailer? I'm looking forward to trying 2k's baseball game, too. I'm a baseball fanatic and wouldn't mind having 2 (or 10) great baseball games to play. But I don't understand why you'd feel the need to mention 2k here. Or, how you can make the statement that "the Show seems to be losing" being fun, based upon what is shown in this trailer.Aristo wrote:Yep, not a hint of gameplay, nor a reveal of new features. Yet GT has stained his pants.
Even the most die-hard 2K fan has acknowledged that The Show not only looks better, but really, stands on its own in just how polished its graphics and animations are. Not a single person on this board that has talked about preferring 2K10 would say that 2K has a better game. It's got problems. But the one think it has going for it, that The Show seems to be losing, it is damn fun to play.
But hey, hyperbole theater is a fun place to live, isn't it, GT?
Anyways, we just see the world differently, man. It's okay. I've looked forward to early news of baseball games since having to look at EGM and other magazines in super markets back in the days before the internet. Given the enjoyment I've gotten out of the Show the past however many years, and the visual improvements that are readily apparent from the trailer, you're absolutely right that I'm extremely excited. Isn't that what the videogame hobby is all about?
