Andy Kaufman and Jerry Lawler on the old Letterman show -- now there's the pinnacle of staged uncomfortableness. This was just meh, and doubly lame for being a ratings ploy.

Add Crispin Glover's first Letterman appearance to that list, Brando. Although I think there was nothing staged about that!

It was classic TV discomfort. Comedic incontinence.

Artie Lange was on the Michael Irvin radio show and they started going out at it a bit. Pretty good stuff.

I heard it on Stern, wish I could find audio.
