I played one match just before beta went down for maintenance. Looking forward to playing later with a full team with mics.

Servers were going down on and off. When they were up I was having trouble joining games. The few I did play I enjoyed. Reminiscent of GRAW mp, except for the revives and it takes more bullets to get a kill.

That was fun as hell tonight, guys. Very promising game, to say the least.

Classic. Whether it’s a racing game or a shooter like this one, it never fails to entertain. ‘Hey Bill, how come Teal got 500 points and I only see 0 on your score?’

In the big map it was hard to find you guys but overall I enjoyed both maps equally.

Sad part for me is that I already sold my game, so if we get a consistent show, I may have to reinvest again.

Fight like MEN boys...

I only had one kill all night but it was fun overall. I must not haven't gotten the Cabela's download cause I never saw any deer in any of the matches.

I didn't download the Mutual of Omaha's "Wild Kingdom" DLC mod, either.

Man, what fun. If this is just a beta, I will be harder than bridge pier concrete when the full game is released.

This is THE game that returns DSP to its shooter roots. Teal is right: This is the closest thing I've played to the original Ghost Recon, Ghost Recon: Island Thunder and Ghost Recon 2 poker nights.

Special.

I will back Bill up on the deer. They're there... Lol. Played a little more before I got out to work. It's so damned fun, and so far, I haven't played with any Code Red addled morons. This game makes sure such idiocy dies quickly anyway... Lol. Don't know what time I'll be on tonight-might do some Friday night lights-but I'm itching to do it again!

The structure of the game really creates great balance. I was useless for the first game, as you'd expect, but I still managed to luck into a pistol-kill of the final survivor on the enemy team and it was awesome!

29 GB? Are they making you download the whole game?

The PvP beta is a standalone. Full retail game not required. The full game will be required when this Ghost War PvP mode is released as a free finished product.

Smart strategy by Ubisoft. Use the beta as an appetizer, hopefully enticing people without the full game to buy it so they can play PvP. I think it will work, as this is one hell of a fantastic beta. It's better than most full game PvP modes!

There was an instance where I got Bill on my sight as he was laying prone and I tried to melee him instead as in BF1 style. Wouldn’t allow me as I ended up using my gun instead. Is there a melee choice?

I got on about 10 central. PK jumped in for about one round. Still had a blast. :D
If this were a standalone game, I'd buy it. If it were paid DLC, I'd buy with gusto. But it's FREE. They have a couple of technical kinks to work out, but man alive, I've found another time suck. I can't wait to get the final product, to see the other maps and classes. They've done a great job of having a counter to almost every 'perk', and the balance is just really solid. Sniper kills are one shot, as they should be, if they're center mass or headshots. The drones can't be overused, and can be hidden from. If you shoot one down, it's even longer before they can use one again. If you're paying attention, it's pretty easy to detect when gunfire is just the diversionary gadget. I played a match or two with some goobers last night, that ran around and tried to play like CoD. They lost most of the time.

This absolutely deserves to give GR:W ridiculously long legs, and the opening video promises to extend support, modes, maps, and such for a long time. Hope that's the case. Can't get enough. Wonder when the full version drops? Hope it's not long from the beta-don't think I can stand down time...lol.
