You could probably pick up a Kinect only on Craigslist for under $100 (I see them listed for $40 to $80 in my area)
Xbox One is not complete without Kinect. Even though I don't use it much, I know I'd miss it. If you don't want Kinect for $100 extra, PS4 is a probably better choice.

Thanks Rob, I will give that a shot tonight. In researching this I discovered that you actually cannot take screenshots on the Xbox One. I mistakenly thought that was already an option (it is for PS4). It appears it may be forthcoming: http://www.gamespot.com/articles/micros ... 0-6419969/

Yeah, unfortunately the only games I have any real interest in these days are Xbox One exclusives (Forza 5, Titanfall, Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive, Halo 5, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, etc.)
I'm only interested in Madden because there is no new NCAA game coming out. But then, I'm sure there are some new rosters for NCAA 14, and Iwon't be surprised if NCAA 14 on the 360 is still more fun than Madden 15 on next gen.
But NHL 15 is the main sports game I am craving. Because the World Cup was so much fun, and I really started to enjoy FIFA 14, I will probably jump on FIFA 15 sooner than later.
And to be honest, I'm still more interested in EA's PGA game next year than The Golf Club. I could be dead wrong, but I have not felt like this first version is really going to be more than a good tech demo for what they have in the future. It has a ton of features, but none of what I really like about the EA game. I want real courses, real golfers, and an improved country club mode. I don't care much about created content. For right now, unless I hear some really great impressions, Powerstar Golf is enough to tide me over to next spring.
Madden looks pretty decent to me. I actually played a few seasons last year which is more than the past several years. NHL is for sure buy, beyond that I can't think of anything I want that didn't get moved to 2015

Zen Pinball 2 is coming to XB1 on July 31st but it will not have the free transfer of tables from the 360 because of Microsoft. I held off on this for my PS4 because I have so many tables for the 360. I know it is not Zen Studios fault but now even if they get this fixed (they are pressuring MS) I don't want to support it on XB1 now.
I wish Zen would give a big FU to Microsoft and find a way to let 360 owners get those tables on the PS4. Didn't we have a forum member here who worked for them?

I'm getting Madden for the first time in a very long time, NHL 15 is a no brainer and so is FIFA 15. Non sports games, Far Cry 4 and possibly Dragon Age: Inquisition among a few others.
Anyone having issues with their XBone today??? Can't connect to XBox Live...keeps saying hive high packet loss. I've never had this. Now it won't let me sign in. I saw on some forums others are having the same issue. Any of you guys? I recycled my modem/router and I restarted the XBone. Still scuffling

Mines up. I had no issues playing Forza 5 earlier. I did notice that my tiles were missing earlier, which is a sign that XBL is down. But they are back now.
Beyond pumped for it.
