Nothing to announce with TWO as it is still in Beta...unless it means they are changing the name to PGA TOUR Online....

I heard that the Howard Stern show (on Sirius)is holding a "Beauty Contest" for all of Tiger's ex-mistresses. The prize is $100K. I wonder if they will get any takers? You gotta think one of these skanks would take the bait?

The Tiger saga takes a unexpected twist.....

quote:

"EXCLUSIVE: Tiger Woods Mistress Will Claim He Had Gay Romps In Tell-All Book

One of Tiger's many mistresses, Loredana Jolie Ferriolo, is penning a tell-all book about the golf ace and claims that she witnessed him in gay encounters.

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Loredana has claimed she saw Tiger having sexual relationships with other men. That shocking twist is something no other mistress has claimed and there has been no proof.

But Loredana recently attempted to sell her story for $1 million and graphically described group sex that included incidents of Tiger with other men, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Loredana says she is planning to spill all about how she and Tiger "came about, his healthy appetite for arranged sex, threesomes, girls next door, girl-girl, and an answer to all the rumors surrounding Woods' sexuality."

That hint about Tiger's sexuality is the key to Loredana's hopes for making a seven-figure deal, no matter how unlikely that seems.

Loredana, a gorgeous blonde from Sicily, has told people she was one of Tiger's favorite mistresses.

One of her representatives told RadarOnline.com: "She is in talks with a number of publishing companies regarding a tell-all book deal."

Loredana has kept a low public profile since being named as a Tiger mistress and lately has been spotted at an upscale Florida country club on the golf course, taking golf lessons."

Tiger came out finally on a 15 minutes press conference and spoke about what the whole world knows. He appeared sincere and apologized many times. Did mention that he's continuing therapy and asked for privacy for his family, especially Elin and his kids.

I don't think he'll be back yet on tour, a lot of damage control needs to be done still. I still didn't feel sorry for him, this was a well manufactured speech with interested sponsors at stake. No questions from the media were allowed either. Tell me something new, Tiger.

I really could care less about this guy and his "troubles" anymore.

Go ahead, Eldrick: Get your help, clean up your life, save your marriage, but don't beg for privacy while using the media for a no-questions, 15-minute infomercial about yourself and your contrition.

Hypocrisy at its finest.

I thought it was good that he admitted that he used to think the rules didn't apply to him and he was entitled to do whatever he wanted.

That speech was about as dull and unexciting as watching a 35 handicapper line up a 3 foot putt for 5 minutes.

Nah. Sadly the CTV Olympics shifted the regular scheduled program to his over-rehearsed speech and I watched it. Everything in his entourage is still well calculated, the timing of the press conference, etc. Like Ernie Els said, he could have made that speech on a Monday but not today where the ACC gold tournament is well underway, upstaging the tournament. Selfish.

Why is he apologizing to the public?

Did Kobe apologize to his fans? Did Clinton?

Contrition (or the appearance of) is prerequisite to rebuild the brand.

He's got FU money but wants more endorsement money.

Glad I never bought the video game or a goddamn Buick.

What bothers me is that you can read between the lines that golf is more important than his family.

It read like "my wife doesn't want me back but that's okay because the Masters is coming up and I'm really good at golf."

Rick Reilly was all but canonizing Tiger on ESPN moments after the speech. Surprising, eh? Reilly is so far into Tiger's undies that he can see Jaime Grubbs' cum stains and lipstick marks.

This might be the perfect time to trot out this golden moment in YouTube history:

It just seemed like he was reading more from his notes than from his heart.

There should have been a footnote at the bottom of the screen to the video director who suggested to film him from behind with his Mom in view. So beautiful and touching. All that was missing was a violin playing in the background.

Yes, "infomercial" was the fist thing that came to mind as well, especially with the bizarre pans to the phony crowd.

And how heartfelt or genuine can you look reading a prepared statement that someone else wrote?

That angle was used for the second half of the statement because I believe the front-angle main camera failed. The screen went black for two or three seconds until the feed was switched to the side-angle camera.

There was a lot of talking and commotion in the room after that point because I think IMG PR people were quietly freaking out, imploring technicians to fix the main camera feed.

As someone who works in sports PR, a technical failure during a televised conference is one of my biggest fears.

Rick Reilly, Tiger's biggest knob-slobberer in the mainstream sports media, said he thought Tiger wrote most, if not all, of the statement.

So if The Rick said it was true, it must be true!
