I have no faith that Watchdogs will be any good. The next AAA game I'm going to pick up is Wolfenstein.
I plan on getting Watchdogs for PS4.
I'm genuinely curious why you "have no faith that Watchdogs will be any good"?

I also was pretty lukewarm about the game after early videos and such. It seemed too much like an interactive movie, and I couldn't grasp how the hacking stuff could work quickly enough to make for a compelling action game.
However, I recently watched a couple of videos over at GT and now I'm pretty excited. It's more like GTA than I'd had any idea, especially the driving which looks very forgiving and fun and is clearly a big part of the game. What they are attempting in terms of integrating multiplayer right into the world of single player in a seamless manner is very much a next-gen kind of thing. It seemed every game at E3 had that moment when they went "whaaaaaat? Wait, you've been online the whole time! With all these other players! Whoaaaaaaa!?!?!?!?" This is the first title that looks to really jump into those waters.
I'm not sold on the tablet app being more than just a quick diversion, but it's the first step in those terms. (The kind of stuff the Division seems to promise with it's tablet app seems more intriguing for example.)
I guess it's just one of those things where there is so much to the game that doesn't come across very well until you can see the game in action. As long as the story is halfway decent, it looks like it could be a really good game.
I can go either way in terms of platform, but right now I'm not a PSN+ subscriber, so I lean towards Xbone. I'm going to hold out as long as I can

Always hoping that a discount on a yearly subscription code will show up at amazon or something.
