Fenerbache, Wolfsburg Draw in Opener
VfL Wolfsburg hosted Fenerbache at the Amsterdam ArenA in the opening match of Season Two of the DSP WE League, and neither team could find the net throughout the ninety minutes. The home side had more scoring opportunities, with 12 shots to Fenerbache's 7, but each team only put three shots on goal. There were no bookings, and few fouls; no injuries, and of course no goals.
Good game, AtXj. Not much to go on about, as we both missed some absolute gifts. Good luck the rest of the way, and see you in the second half.

One of you guys needs to input the result into the league module. Make sure to also input the goal scorers and any bookings or injuries. Actually, injuries should be reported here, but bookings and goals need to be inputted into the league module over at SGN.Zlax45 wrote:1-1 tie between Arsenal and PSV with NYIsles aka DPFan

Zepp -- i will go with Estadio Palo..
Arsenal played to a 1-1 tie with PSV Eindhover...
Henry started the scoring in the 33 minute on a penalty kick, awarded (in the eyes of many PSV fans at home) on a ticky tack foul in the box.. Arsenal dominated play for the most part the whole game, running into a bit of "free kicks awarded" problems (19 for PSV in the game)... one great goal scoring chance was blown early in the second half with a breakway by Beasly, who actually beat the goalie & had nothing but a big net in front of him... Alas, due to his left foot (or my fat fingers
), the shot went wide of the goal.... PSV then drew even towards the end of the second half in the 82 minute on a pretty set up play that Vennegoor put into the back of the net... that is how the game ended..

Take look through the first post of this thread, everything is explained there. There is a section headed 'League Module at Sports Gaming Nation' or some such where everything is explained. It's pretty easy, but the only slightly tough thing is inputting the players on your team's page by clicking on 'add player.' It may be that Jason has to activate that ability for everyone, I'm not sure, so you may not be able to do that yet. I will PM him to make sure he opens that up.
The other thing is, once you do start to add players you have to make note of ensuring that their 'start date' is such that the year is a number lower than 1000. I have been using 0006 for the year of the 'start date' of the players since it's easiest just to change that first digit. Otherwise they won't show up on the game report pages. Obviously, your opponent will have to enter his players into the database as well. Some here have been inputting their entire rosters right away, whereas I have been adding players only as I need to when they score or are booked.
