I'm really enjoying the game as well. I'm in my 2nd season of my Team Builder created team Central Illinois University Cowboys. As I normally do with NCAA, I created my two sons and put them as my starting QB and MLB as freshman. With the TB, I also included all of my nephews and great nephews as players on the roster with me as the head coach. Because my geekiness knows no boundaries, I also created my high school football team, Northside College Lions, (aka Springfield Lanphier). Yeah, I know, get a life. Well anyway, I wanted to share a couple of videos of my two boys in the game.
The first is of a qb pressure and interception by the mlb. Notice the great effort to get after the wobbly pass.
Pasta Padre has the July NPD numbers and is reporting that first month sales for BOTH the 360 and the PS3 are down from last year, even though the user base has increased for both systems.
It may be too soon to call NCAA 10 a flop, but given that overall sales have been on the decline for 4 straight years now, I think it's pretty safe to say we may be looking at some big changes and possibly even a reboot in this series' near future.

It will probably adopt much of madden's engine and be a success next year.

Which it should have always done. There's no reason why NCAA should be a year behind Madden when it comes to the engine. I never understood that one.
I'm also still enjoying this year's NCAA on the 360 - no real gamebreaking issues so far (unlike past years).
However, I did also rent the PSP version and it was a huge disappointment - a pickfest (looks like the old next-gen bug has spread) and still missing a bunch of features from NCAA2007 on PSP. I still log more college games with the post-patch 2007 PSP version than anything else.
Lost the opener against Illinois 36-32 on an onside kick that Illinois recovered and then went on a nice quick drive to put us away with 0:32 seconds left.
I had my chances though.. so I won't blame the onside recovery and non exsistant defense on that drive.
Game is even better than last year and I really do love the player lock feature.. it's so satisfying (I play MLB) to get to the QB for a sack!
So college ball officially starts tonight....which raises the question is anyone still playing NCAA? Im itching for some college ball whether it be this or strat or something.

Curious to here...thanx.
Tony
At least 2-3 games a week!
Heading to the Mizzou - Illinios game tomorrow, can't wait!!!
I play 3x per week in the 12 owner dynasty that I've been running since last August... we got 8 seasons in with the last game, currently on season 2 with the new game. Can't get enough, especially with teambuilder (we're all using custom 1* teams and building them up, fun fun!)
