The odds are pretttty low though. The Bush lead in Ohio is 136,000 and there are 157,000 provisional votes. Assuming that all of them are valid (which is a BIG if) then Kerry needs about 87% of that vote. It's theoretically possible...but possible like the Dolphins winning the Super Bowl this year.
