I have a question.

Kerry has conceded. What does that mean?

If they continue to count the votes, and by some miracle, all the votes are for Kerry and he officially takes Ohio... what happens? (I know it's not likely at all... just curious.)

Then Kerry wins Ohio. Just because he conceded doesn't mean that forfeits his electoral votes in case he wins the state.

The odds are pretttty low though. The Bush lead in Ohio is 136,000 and there are 157,000 provisional votes. Assuming that all of them are valid (which is a BIG if) then Kerry needs about 87% of that vote. It's theoretically possible...but possible like the Dolphins winning the Super Bowl this year.
