Geeze, I thought I had a nice setup until reading this thread. PS2 and Xbox hooked up to just a regular old 25" Samsung.

While gaming or watching TV my dog and I usually cram on the couch until one of us caves in and heads for the loveseat (usually me). :?

25" Magnavox in the loft with a hip purple couch to rest my lazy arse.

And a train table in the middle so I can rest my weary legs after a long day sitting in my chair at work.

Because I don't know any better, this setup is heaven.

I have a 36" Toshiba HDTV with my PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, and Dreamcast all switched throught my receiver (component for all except the Dreamcast which uses s-video). I also have 6.1 surround on the speaker setup (Energy Take 5 system with extra rear surround).

Everything is in my living room (all gear on an AV rack) and I game on my sofa.

When I finally get a house with more space I'll probably isolate my primary TV for DVDs and setup a separate system (TV and surround) for games in a different room.

How do you like that 47in panasonic HDTV? it's on sale at ultimate electronics this week for $1098. I almost bought one today. What are your thoughts on it...if you care to share.

Sanyo 32" HDTV and a Sony 5.1 (minus the .1, haven't picked up a sub yet :( ) receiver. I game in comfy round chair my wife spotted at Bed, Bath and Beyond. She actually got two of them for me so Teal had something to game in when he was still coming over to mooch off my broadband. :P
