Here is the one i'm currently using by Katanna, up to date and has the real 2004 MLB schedule.

Info on these rosters:
1. Accurate 2004 MLB Schedule, including correct night and day games.
2. Accurate rosters as of 2/16/04, from Donnie Sadler to Alex Rodriguez. Includes rookies like Bobby Crosby, Adam LaRoche.... (The only inaccuracies that are artificial, for the sake of completing rosters: Mondesi to Pit, Maddux to Chc, Travis Lee to Nyy. Urbina remains FA.) Lineups and rotations are projected using last year's player roles, and what the managers have said. (Alou said he'd like to use Bonds in #3 and Alfonzo in #4; Bowa said he'd like to use Burrell #4; Doug Melvin said he'll experiment with Ichiro batting #3.)
3. Accurate L/R splits, GB:FB ratios, fielding familiarities and percentages, pitch types.... again, from Mark Malaska to Albert Pujols to Damion Easley. Rookie stats projected using minor league numbers. More details in readme.
4. Accurate Jersey numbers. From A-Rod wearing #13, to Gabe Kapler wearing #19, to Joe Beimel changing numbers to 97, to Sean Burroughs changing numbers because of new arrival David Wells taking #33, to Steve Kline changing numbers.
(Exceptions: Texas and Montreal haven't updated player jersey numbers, and players with undetermined jersey numbers wear #0. This includes minor-league signings like Mike Myers, and recent signings whose jersey numbers haven't been chosen/announced, like Eric Karros.)
