not many adjustments are needed.
just lower the shooting sliders by 5-8
lower the shot block sliders by around 10-15
raise all the foul sliders to almost max...except for reach in's, not quite as much.
there are some links to sliders you can just download and copy to your game folder on Operation Sports forums.
I got the MS Wireless USB Controller for Windows and it works great with NBA2K9 for the PC. Feels like I am playing on my 360. Much better than the Logitech Rumble Pad. The right analog stick is much "springier" for shooting. Really enjoying this game!
Hey fellas is there a trick to not having your PG play Center while on D?
Good grief I know Live is no where near the Hoops game 2K is but every NBA2K game I have played post 2K6 I always find my PG playing Center after I score a bucket. Not only that but i'll find the SG playing PF.
Is there a way to have your players not play out of position? My point guard decides he wants to play center after I sink a basket which causes the rest of my defense to breakdown in coverage.

Surprisingly, this game runs on my laptop with reduced settings. But it still looks decent and plays a solid game of hoops.
I really tried it just to see if it would run. If the game really thrilled me, I would keep it. But it doesn't, so I want to uninstall it.
Here's where it gets interesting: This game has no uninstaller. Windows Control Panel, CrapCleaner and Revo Uninstaller also don't recognize it as installed.
That's horrible programming in this day and age by the developers.
Take care,
