Scoop, that whole thing really blows. But it's great to hear that first of all, you didn't get hurt, and secondly they were able to track her down. It's encouraging to hear there were bystanders who helped you out with the license plate and such.

Probably a good idea not to talk to her at all. You are most likely correct in that she only feels 'sorry' because she got caught. People are selfish, self centered.

I agree. Do NOT talk to her (mostly for legal reasons...which you probably already figured)
