Some suggestions...be sure to go into EASHL settings and set at least your camera angle. It was a pain in the ass in NHL15 on the XB1 when people would pause the game to go switch from the default camera EVERY damn time a game would start....multiple times.

OUR TEAM INFO IS BELOW

I went into see what the creation of an EASHL team was like and it looks like I created one  Mucho apologies to our GM Vadar. I hit NEXT after naming the team and choosing the basics and that was it. I thought it was taking me to the next screen.

Anyways...I named the team DSP Ice Dragons (I can change it to Douchebags if u guys were serious :)). Abbr - DSP. PRIVATE. No city affiliation. I chose the TB Lightning because their unis are close to what we have now...plus there are only 4 teams to choose from. Other than that there was a description prompt so I just put Digitalsportspage. Soooooo, I'm guessing if you want on the team just search for the team in EASHL and it'll send a request to me. I'll make Vader and a few others captains once they join so we can accept all the DSP guys.

Tonight is gonna be fun :D

Very cool.

I started the dl before I left for work but I turned off the system. The brick is still on with the white light. I assume it will be downloaded when I get home?

Yeah, I wasn't sure for a minute!!

We definitely play selfless, but being in position is quite another thing! Our spacing is usually terrible.

The big thing to do will be to read your teammates to move to open space, not have 2 or 3 players going to low slot, trying to make the same pass interception...etc

Be sure to check the activity feed on the Xbox or SmartGlass when u get a chance...10s scored the first DSP Dragons next gen. goal! I got the assist! He was a playmaker and I chose two way forward. The game got dropped in period 2 but we got the win :D

I like Overhead, there are times you may NOT see all the action going and that's when you have to press the back button quickly to catch up with the puck.

We just got our first Dragon win with Diablo of the Xbox 1 era.

Was that a total CPU controlled team? I didn't see any markers above those players.

You can turn the markers off for the opposition, or for everyone.

It was 2 vs 2 with us playing the wing flanks while the rest of the team was the CPU and as Naples stated you can switch off the markers.

With the way the game is designed we definitely need to be conscious of our position and spacing.

My only concern is we may more than 6 guys (which is very possible) the next couple of nights and I don't think we can set up private matches yet on this Beta. We could setup a DSP 2 team but even that doesn't guarantee we could face each other.

I wouldn't expect any frills to this beta. We'll probably need a DSP 1 & 2 that just play games completely separately.

Can you belong to more than one team at a time, or would you have to
Team hop?

You would have to leave your current team first and then join whichever team you want.

I've been watching people play the beta on Twitch and it looks to be playing very well. The fun factor looks great. Sad thing is once the beta is over we have about a month wait!

Shame they don't have customized jerseys because they say they worked on custom players and even that is less than what old gen is, but I guess they only had three years to work on getting this game mode in.
