But under coach Desjardins, they've been a resilient group all season long and answered back from the physical aspect of the game. They didn't turtle, despite the sucker punch from Reaves on Kassian.

A top team doesn't allow three goals in the last period to tie the game up especially after back to backs and with the current duct tape made defense, that's exactly what happened to VAN.

A couple of side deals, lateral moves in the league today that doesn't really solve our blueline concerns, but with the team in a retool mode, it was clear from GM J. Benning that he was not ready to deal with future picks or prospects.

Sooner or later the extra minutes is going to catch up with the young guys until the current infirmary gets better and should they get to the playoffs I am realistic, I don't think they would past the first round.

I like the new addition for the Blues, Ducks, Caps and Habs in trade deadline.

Rangers will have a good QB in Yandle, CBJ gets a break in dealing away Wisniewski with a 5.5 cap and should have more room with their continuous rebuild.
I'm not sure about the Blues moves.. time will tell I guess. I get we need big boys on D, but I'm going to miss Cole. :(

Habs got a steal from Oilers in solid D man in Jeff Petry for two crap picks. That deal further reinforced the Oilers' front office as the worst in the NHL by some margin.

Well that didnt take long.

Tokarski two goals in on NO shots.

How weak are you guys?

I have lost most of the confidence I had going into this week.

Its f***in embarrassing!

Feel free to play hockey at any time.

Time to go to bed as these jagoffs have been sleeping for days.

When you lose to BUF (last week) and the second worst team in the west in ARI, you don't deserve to make it to the playoffs. Down playing your opponent is a nasty bad habit for this VAN team for years, and why would you continue to do it when you don't even have a full healthy roster now?

They were constantly giving away the puck last night as if it was radioactive. The Red Hot Chilli Peppers' song 'Give it away, give it away" just must have stuck in their brains during OT.

Its almost like they put themselves in these holes to give them motivation for digging themselves out again. :D Hey whatever it takes.

Disgraceful performance by the Habs tonight.

Playing for the number one seed in the east and at HOME they are out shot 36-19 and lose 1-0 in OT.

Price at his MVP best is let down by some lazy f***in assholes. Win a f***in battle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT GOING TO f***in WORK LIKE THIS!

This shot says it best. The standings...Who is last on this list in goals scored?

Image

This will NOT work in the playoffs.

Bad to worse.

Now Price sucks along with the others.

If the Habs get passed the first round I will be surprised.

Terribly coached team or just retards? I am not sure.

EDIT:

Listening to Price after the game. Wow.

This guy has his s*** together.

Leafs suck. Not only they can't convert with the man advantage when the zebras clearly want them to snap out of their current 'Suckness" by granting them 11 PP's 8O when basically nothing gets called anymore these days to VAN's 4 PP. They start the game at 4PM PST to accommodate Leafs' nation back east as usual, when the game is actually played in VAN. They only kick out Z. Kassian out of the game in the scuffle with Phaneuf, after the whistle extra curricular activity when clearly #3 was the one doing the cheap shots.

Anything that could help the Leafs steal one out of the arena was done, yet they still lost 4-1.

Canucks are getting slightly better too with some key guys coming back, and finally not looking like a morgue that has plagued them pretty much the entire season.

Who cares about all this Habs or Leafs talk....... how about Let's Go Hamburglar!

It would be a cool story if the Sens can somehow ride their third (maybe even fourth?) string goaltender to slip into the playoffs!

They just need Boston to stop winning!

Here in Chicago...Early in the third and the best player in the league Toews with a 4 point night while his match up Tavares has nothing.

Tokarski was easily the best player for the Habs, XXXIV. Big saves against the Panthers.

In memory of the late Pat Quinn, the city name a street with his name near the arena as Canucks celebrated St Patty's day remembering the big Irishman who coached both PHI and of course the big run with VAN in '94. They continue their quest to make it into the playoffs with an important 4-1 win over the Flyers. Tight game overall until the top line broke the game open with a couple of quick goals as Eddie Lack continues to shine in R. Miller's absence.
