Considering getting this so I can play NHL.

Started an NHL old school offline playoff mode with all the real life matchups for the first round. Had not played offline in a while but they have really made it competitive with the last patch. Love the real life matchups with some new teams in the playoffs this year so it makes the videogame just as fun.

NHL and Madden are both top notch. UFC and NBA Live were below average. I'll definitely renew in August.

Yeah and I will definately get it in august. I am of course assuming that they will have eashl for next gen this time around. Any news on this?

I don't know but with a years time to work on it, I see no reason why they can't put that feature in. I was bored to tears with previous EA hockey games and the AI is so good in NHL 15 especially on Pro that the game gives you that one more game feeling.

Its three years now. FIFA had clubs two years ago. Never sell eas failures short.

UFC is a hard one to really judge. I thin it many ways it is outstanding. The problem is, it is freaking hard. But if you take the time to really learn both the boxing, takedown, and ground techniques, it's a pretty deep and strategic game. But really, I found really learning to block and evade in a boxing game, along with the various punches and combos tough. I have to believe that the audience for what UFC does is even smaller.

But the game itself is really well done.

I'm the opposite this year. I can't even make it through one game of NHl 15 now..... and that has never happened to me before.

I suppose I'll renew Access anyway..... it got me to buy Madden.... (which I never play either, lol)

See that's the thing. EA Access saved me money this past year because this is the first time I can remember where I did not buy a single EA Sports game.

I almost pulled off that justice without EA access. Vader, Seven, Diablo, Merace and Trane ruined it with my purchase of NHL 15 for the 360.

All I play now is NHL 15 VS. It's been terrific. Great user community especially playing randoms. Have not had one cheating player in the last 25 games or so. Really enjoy it and it helps that its playoff time. VS is the only mode worth playing imo for this game.

UFC is hard. i tried to figure it out but just quit. It's not pickup and play I guess, but it's a very interesting game. I am not a UFC/MMA fan so that's maybe why I lost interest fast.

FIFA 14 is still a freaking awesome game. I can't wait for 15 to come up free, but 14 is so much fun. I just do ultimate team in it and it's been a blast!

Live 15 is yuck. I tried hard to like it but it's just lame. I hate that if you don't play for a while, it does an update per day so you have to wait like 10 min for the game to update itself.

Madden is good but not into NFL right now.

Looking forward to the free 6 hrs of PGA Tour coming up soon.

So far EA Access has been great. If you're a sports gamers it's a no brainer.

I wonder if Dragon Age will be the next one to drop in the Vault? EA had a sale recently for both FIFA and DA. EA Access has been the best thing EA has done in awhile. A helluva value.

I'd like to see more non-sports games in the vault. I already owned all but the NBA Live and the UFC game. I probably won't buy the next FIFA and will just stay a year behind. But Madden 16, NHL 16, and Rory will all be day one digital purchases.

Dragon Age? MEGA. I played the trial and enjoyed it, and I'm not an RPG guy.

I'd assume download the EA Access app and it should allow you the opportunity to play free for a week.

Yeah, just downloading the app should do the trick. It makes it so that every EA game (and DLC) in the store is already make down 10% for me. You don't need to buy or download through the app.

Ya I think they changed it to summer now.

Looks like NHL 15 is offered free when I logged in tonight. Not sure if it's tied to free ea access week or stand alone free.
