What, you don't play TW while having youporn running on the computer beside you? It worked for Tiger!

Damn. I was even at Pebble, about to start the 16th hole and with about 2 minutes left I timed out. They should let people finish the round at least.

•Virgin Gaming integration
•Adjusted how Boot Pins load on your Bad Tag in 4 Player Online Games
•Addressed issues with improper stats being displayed
•Addressed camera issues when zooming in while putting (Not I will sink those long putts, but it'll help)
•Fixed camera flash when hitting ball out of bounds
•Ping information is now properly reflected in the ping indicator
•Adjusted various chip animations (YES!)
•Users can now stand sideways when using Kinect on Amateur/Pro difficulties
•Grab and Release hand icon added when using the Kinect while aiming
•Addressed exploits with the Strike Meter on Tournament Difficulty
•Adjusted voice commands while playing on Augusta when changing club to Putter
•Adjusted the Course Mastery to refresh after Pin purchases
•Correct Kinect navigation issues when pausing during a replay
•Fixed issue with long load times when creating a Photo Game Face (Too late for me now, but gameface is still broken)

Live weather also seems to be broken and no mention on certain freezing issues. I got them once during a daily this week and often on Legacy mode.
Fix the Fn freezing!!! I had to boot the console at least 6 or 7 times last time I played until I got the game to launch. Freakin' frustrating.

Its not like the 360 is the most reliable system on the planet. Maybe it's your specific system and not the game? I haven't frozen yet but then again I don't play nearly as many rounds as some of you do.

I figured out a way to avoid the startup freeze. Make sure you log out of Live before you start the game and it will load fine every time. Then log back into Live once you get to the start menu. It won't prevent the freezing that occurs during a round but that seems to happen a lot less frequently than the startup freeze.

According to a post from Dev CamLee, they did address a couple of issues causing the freezing. I think they will be issuing another patch in the near future, but I plan to get confirmation of this first.

Had no problems with the game pre-patch. Now my shot setup (Fat vs. Thin) is wonky and hard to control. :? Grrrr...

Ditto! These were excellent rounds under any conditions, but this was no easy track, IMO! When MERACE is on his game, he makes k2damoon look like Charles Barkley! :) 8)

Now that is funny!

Thanks for the congrats John and Tim!

Like most of the guys in our club have already stated, this game can be very humbling (like golf IRL). I can birdie one hole followed up by a bogie or worse on the very next hole.

However, I'm having the most fun with this version of TW than any other version including the the PC version, TW08. :!: 8)

You know what's sad though is think about how small a demographic would actually see the humor in this comparision. You have to be a hardcore golf gaming nerd to know that k2damoon is the Michael Jordan of video golf gaming 8O He's got a churn out an average of 108 holes of Tiger Woods golf a day. Thing is though, he turns out phenomenal rounds in considerable less time than it takes me to play. I know in Tiger Woods 11 and 12, he'd have the Tournament Daily round posted by 6:30 AM EST, on mornings where he was obviously free to play them. I'd see that quite often when I'm on night shift, and coming home from work to play a round in the morning.
Like most of the guys in our club have already stated, this game can be very humbling (like golf IRL). I can birdie one hole followed up by a bogie or worse on the very next hole.
It is reassuring to see that a number of others have the sort of roller coaster ride I have with this game. I had a 7 under round at Pebble Beach yesterday that included 9 birdies, and eagle, and no bogeys. Unfortunately, it included a couple of double bogeys and a missed 1 foot birdie putt  I hit the tree on the left of the dogleg at #3, trying to shave it too close, and went into the hazard. I four putted the 14th hole from 28 feet for a double.
However, I'm having the most fun with this version of TW than any other version including the the PC version, TW08. :!: 8)
The Country Club feature has put this one in the lead for me overall, although I still think Tiger 10 was tighter code and had a better putting model, at least for my tastes. This game feels like it's got a lot more to show me yet though. I've only played one round with the patch, but I did it right after boosting my putting attribute from 80 to 83. Now I feel like my putting touch is lost because 83 makes it more sensitive for my Precision Putting Recovery Method. I'm going to cut it back to 78, which I think was my sweetspot for PPRM.

Today is a day to celebrate... my 72 hour work weeks have ended effective this morning. I'm actually off for 6 days in a row now. I plan to get my game on with Tiger and catch up with F1 - 2011 as well!

I've only frozen twice in my time with the game and have never had a boot up problem with it. It is surprising to see how varied the problems are with this. I've got 2009 Jasper chipset 360 Arcade machine that I'm playing the game on. It's outfitted with a 120 GB hard drive that I bought through EBay.

Brutal conditions for rnd 2 at Liberty. Got on a bit of a roll, but total buzz kill to end the rnd with a bogey on 18. I agree with JC that it's an extremely long par 4, but probably a bit short to be a par 5. Definitely a tweener

sigh. How do you follow up going E in round 2? By going +6 in round 3.

At this point I'm just playing to stay outta the basement!

Tripled one hole after ending up in the water. My average approach left me probably 25 feet from the pin. I was heavy with the putter all the time, and the one time i tried to hit a fade, it faded all right. 20 yards left!

Do fades have a smaller tolerance of being wrong on the sticks then a draw? Sure seems that way to me!

I had an exciting finish in a foursome CC tourney in Hawaii. It went all the way to the last hole where I finished first with another dude and got the 'Grrrreat round' accomplishment. :) I thought the game would have gone to a playoffs format but it ended with both of us as winners.

Frustrating to see opponents losing connections on the custom tournament settings that I set after the first hole. Don't these guys read the conditions first. Having lots of fun playing against other CC's, I just wished they were all set on a higher difficulty level.

This is why I create the room on the tourney settings and let them come to me. It is frustrating seeing 20 people come into your room and then leave as soon as they see tournament settings.

Wow, my daily went downhill in a hurry at Valhalla. Through 13 holes I was -4 and a swim at #17 plus a few triple putts quickly set me back to finish at +2. Watch out for #13, tricky greens.

Ortho, I tried to connect to your Live Party invitation Wednesday night when we were trying to get some DSP CC matches going. I got an error message every time I tried to accept it. I saw you in the DSP CC Heat to Head Lobby, but couldn't raise you there. I thought you may already be engaged in a match with player(s) outside of DSP, but if you were, would your name have shown up in the DSP lobby? I don't really understand how all this club stuff is statused. I just haven't had enough time to spend with the game to pick up its nuances in this regard.

Oh, I played a heck of a simulatneous mode, 18 hole, tournament difficulty match early Thursday morning. The other three players were all in the same CC (can't remember the name at the moment), but we played Whistling Straits under fairly mild conditions. I finished tied for second at -9, with a bogey birdie finish. The guy who won finished -10, while the guy in 4th was -8. I led, or was tied for the lead from the second to the 17th, where I 3-putted (choked) for bogey. The 32 footer I rolled for birdie on 18 was one of the sweetest of my virtual golf career though!

I've been in contact with the club's founder (HadesGateKeeper) and he was interested to learn that our club has a strictly tournament mode focus like theirs. He wanted to know if we'd be interested in trying to get some 9 hole, round robin matches this week with a few of their members. I think they're going to have three or four ready to participate in it if we can work it out. I'll have to the time to do it this week... well, at least after my colonoscopy on Monday :? 8O

Haven't played my round yet, but I do recall some devious multi-breakers at Valhalla. I snuck some blue tees into this round just to see how it changed the course. Sometimes I get so accusotomed to black tees that I don't know how to change my game for a tee that might shorten the hole 3 to 5%.

How was the wind when you played your round?

When I played the daily it was pouring rain for the first 4 holes then it stopped. I've never seen it do that before in the game was that live weather settings?

Yes, we've had Live weather for at least the last two weeks in all of the Dailies. I've had rain start and stop during a Live tournament round using Live weather before... pretty cool when that happens, even though I generally don't enjoy playing in the rain as much. If my guy could at least don a rain jacket, it might be a little more believable.

I've probably already played more rounds in the rain in this years game than all previous Tiger games combined. All 4 rounds of the weekly at Liberty National and the daily at Valhalla was raining for me, gets kind of depressing after a while especially when I have a lot of rain games in the Madden online franchise also.

Wind was manageable when I played this morning except on 17th when I went for a swim on a 12mph west to east crosswind. I thought I had it judged accordingly but in the end it felt more like a 22mph crosswind. As you mentioned there are a couple of tricky greens too, most notable on #13 for me.
