Well, I did not know that, I apologize! I bet he doesn't know how to get to the main forums from the main screen (don't ask how I know this)Danimal wrote:Actually he did sign up for DSP, sent me a PM and i told him to post ihn this thread which he never did.Nozzleman_216 wrote:shoot, Danimal I never saw the post saying it was OK. Now that he has vacated the Colts I will make the switch when I get home or at the very latest after the Bears game.Badgun wrote:Took care of it this morning.Danimal wrote:
Finally I need Scoop and BadGun to change their teams now please. I want you guys to do this in game, please let me know when it is done.
I'll let everyone know once I flip it so you can start looking at draft information. I also let you know the night and time of the draft.

Moving from the Texans to the Panthers? Brando, you must really like taking on a challenge?Brando70 wrote:Danimal, are you okay with the NFC South having no human teams? I would be willing to switch to the Panthers if you'd like to have at least one human team in each division.

If I were you, I'd grab the Saints. . .Colston probably plays a lot like Andre Johnson. . .

Ha, no, not at all, Scoop. Honestly, I thought the Panthers were taken when I signed up, and I would have probably taken them over Houston because a power running team is more my style. But I had fun with the Texans and am looking forward to building the team.ScoopBrady wrote:Here I was thinking I was moving to a full division. You're not leaving the division because of me I hope.
Just wondering about having an all-CPU division and that we have a bit of ownership imbalance between the two conferences. If those are not issues that I'll stay put in Houston.
lol I was kidding. I'm not going anywhere.
Although I wish I could make the same trade that I did in the OS league. Just won the Super Bowl in that league after rushing for 244 yards on the Panthers with Michael Bush leading the way.
Then I just traded for Adrian Peterson, which should make things REALLY fun in 2010!
What do ya say, Badger...can I have him?

Gotta say that I'm not a fan of all the franchise jumping. I don't want anyone saddled with a team they don't like, but it sort of defeats the idea of building a team over time if we're all hopping from team to team like Paris Hilton on a good weekend in Vegas.

Well, in my defense, my favorite team was taken because I visited the thread too late.RobVarak wrote:Gotta say that I'm not a fan of all the franchise jumping. My original team hop was for the same reason--nyisles originally had the Raiders and I already had them in the OS league. Then he ended up not playing so I figured I'd just stick with the Cards. After a couple of games I knew I'd be 'one-and-done' as far as seasons go if I went with them, so I hopped to my boys. Sorry.
I was kidding about moving to the South (although I'm not a huge Eagles fan).
Anyone willing to trade a power back for the most ellusive HB in the game (Westbrook)? McNabb is available too.
I need defense - specifically linebackers. I'm looking to put my stamp on Philly and will consider any and all offers.

I still don't understand why you don't just use a 4-3 with the Ravens? There must be something I don't grasp.ScoopBrady wrote:Well, in my defense, my favorite team was taken because I visited the thread too late.RobVarak wrote:Gotta say that I'm not a fan of all the franchise jumping. I'm also a fan of Peyton Manning and like to see the Colts and Titans succeed in the AFC.
For what it's worth I hope you stay in the AFC South. As much as it sounds like fun putting up 80 points against a CPU Texans team, I'd much rather have the two heads up matches. . .Brando70 wrote:Ha, no, not at all, Scoop. Plus, the fact that there is an all CPU Division really doesn't change anything except that the third seed (assuming we get lucky again and the seeding works out) gets a real nice path to the second round. . .

I like the Colts way more than the Ravens. In fact, I'm not even particularly fond of the Ravens. I picked them because they are a defensive-minded team that runs the ball but try as I might, I didn't end up liking their defensive scheme and ended up running most everything out of the 4-6 and Nickel formations totally abandoning the 3-4. That's not a good way to get the most out of your defense. The Colts have the personnel in place so I don't have to worry about converting a team given the fact that I have no idea how many seasons we'll actually get through in this thing. Finally, the Colts division is filled with human owners and one of the main reasons I wanted in this league was to play DSPers. I honestly didn't think this would be a big deal to anyone.Zeppo wrote:I still don't understand why you don't just use a 4-3 with the Ravens? What he said. Cowboys are my favorite team and I think it will increase my enjoyment of the league tenfold now that I can use them.ScoopBrady wrote:Well, in my defense, my favorite team was taken because I visited the thread too late.RobVarak wrote:Gotta say that I'm not a fan of all the franchise jumping.
