Haven't gotten a lot of new stuff, but picked up:
Sigur Ros, <i>Takk</i>: PK sang the praises of this in a thread a while ago. The word "gorgeous" is overused when discussing music, but this fits the bill. A nice, warm change of pace from the "()" album.
Death Cab for Cutie, <i>Plans</i>: Sensitive guy rock, but very catchy. Thought it was so-so at first, but it's grown on me and I like most of the songs, especially the first few. Not as good as <i>Transatlanticism</i>, though.
The Thrills, <i>So Much for the City</i>: Got this from a friend and it's a really great slice of 60s/70s California rock, like Mamas and the Papas sung by Irish guys.
