We already know that you have a silent legion of DSPers that agree with you and PM you. The PM box can only hold so many PM's. I say you reconsider and allow people to post right here.
Don't you have a dead forum for your posts to rattle around in?

Attack me all you want but going after SGN is simply classless. Jason has put in alot of hard work there. We decided long ago that we would rather have it "dead" then filled with posters like yourself.

I'm not attacking anybody, it was a joke. Like your "silent legion" of DSPers comment. At least I think it was a joke. I honestly don't know what you are talking about.

That was something you stated long ago about how you have a group of silent followers who PM you to let you know how they agree with you on your stance on certain issues (Pretty sure it had to do wtih the NFL EA deal). That you are not one of the "yes men" but "they" were too afraid to post anything.

I guess you can't remember all the crap you make up? Too bad because I can.

pk500 wrote:Talk about drawing attention to yourself, predicting -- accurately or inaccurately -- that someone will react angrily to your post! But hey, that was heroic of you to keep the ensuing flame wars contained to PM's.
It was worth a try, I thought.
pk500 wrote:Seems like you and Parker are cut from the same cloth. You just had to find a way to interject yourself into this one, didn't you, Kaz?
Just like you had to reply to my post. It's funny, you give a long sermon earlier this week on ignoring posters, yet you can't let a single post of mine pass. Not that I mind, but since you only want to fight and Jared doesn't want us to do that, what's the point?
pk500 wrote:I'm not angry, simply because your original post was such a self-righteous joke.
Fair enough. I'm not angry either, because your reply was similarly nonsensical.

Link please? I'm sure I mentioned that some people wrote me offline to suggest they agreed with me, but I don't think I referred to them as followers or even suggested that anyone was afraid to post.

I wouldn't call my forum dead by any means. BTW, I don't ever get involved in forum arguments and have not posted one single remark in this thread until now, so I suggest you leave my f***in site out of this arguement.

Kaz:

For a guy who tried to take the high road, conducting a flame war through PM's, you sure are slithering through the La Brea Tar Pits tonight, aren't you?

Funny how you rip so-called trolls in here yet engulf every piece of bait that dangles in front of you.

Hypocrisy personified. Nice work.

Nonsense, don't be so presumptuous. Many people have spoken with me to tell me they agree with me, whether it be through PM or other methods. Some even lurkers who don't post but just read. Not everybody is a me too yes-man who agrees with the pack mentality, even though it may seem to be that way at times on this board.

Your little secret society of lurkers and those fearing "yes-men". Why else would they resort to PM'ing you or contact you other then writing a message on a forum? So silent a group that you forgot they even existed.

And I suggest you not make unfounded accusations. I didn't even know you *had* a site. I assumed Brent was posting at OS again or wherever. The point was that he was here bothering me and not there because the forum was dead. Why anyone would take that as a stab at their site I don't know. I have no problem with your site since I've never even been there.

And what sermon was that? The one where I said to ignore Parker and Parker only? Nice try.

You weren't mentioned in that post. Sorry, not every post around here centers around you. A shame, I know.

Jason:

Don't sweat it, man. Everyone in here -- except for the almighty Kaz -- appreciates everything you do at SGN. It's a fine site, one that fortunately Kaz hasn't polluted with his self-centered drivel yet.

Consider yourself fortunate, and keep up the good work!

Wow -- that is one of the most pathetic attempts at ass-covering I've ever seen in this forum.

Shameful. You could just admit that you were wrong and maybe even apologize to Brent and Jason.

Nah ... that'll never happen.

That was the best lie you could come up with? Be like AVIS and "try Harder" next time. Using the term "dead forum" with "operation sports"?

I never rip trolls. I ignore people who I don't care to discuss things with. When was the last time I made a response to a post from you unsolicited? It's been awhile. If you go back to all of our arguments lately, it's been you responding to me. Not that I mind, it's your right to respond to what I say. You would think people would just learn to leave alone people that they continually disagree with. But you also have to realize, if you don't respond to me we won't have any problems. I will never personally call you out or respond to your posts, so really it is in your hands. It'd be one thing if I was continually jumping down your throat whenever you said something, but I don't do that.

What is this, the thought police? Why would I apologize to anyone? If I thought that the forum was dead I would just say so, last time I checked that wasn't against the forum rules. I bash OS all the time, it's not like I have a problem talking bad about other sites. I don't even know Jason, why would I interject him into this discussion? You guys are really trying too hard to come up with stuff.

True. Instead you just make general denigrating comments about the Forum population here in general, such as the infamous idiots comment during the EA-NFL exclusive deal discussion. I'm sure your legions of supporters were lighting up the PM lines over that comment.

Take care,
PK
Kazuya wrote:But you also have to realize, if you don't respond to me we won't have any problems.
Oh, so now you're dictating terms about how or if I can reply to you? And since when do we have "problems?"

Your arrogance humors me to no end. I guess I should just march in lockstep to your rules. Or just send you a PM in support, as your legions of silent partners do on a nightly basis.

PK

Oh, I don't know: Maybe because you ripped a small sports gaming site run by Jason that you don't deem worth your precious time?

No, you're trying too hard to cover your ass. We can see through the smoke screen, and I'll bet that most of us are laughing our ass off, as I am.

In fact, PM me folks if you're laughing now. Then I'll forward all of the PM's to Kaz so the message arrives in a format with which he's quite familiar and comfortable.

Parker and Kaz both are quite skilled at this.

I think the inability to never admit you are wrong has something to do with this. It is like the bigger the exaggeration/lie they throw out the more they believe their own hype.

I strongly disagree. You seem to be saying things just to hear yourself talk. It's no surprise you've amassed nearly 10,000 posts.

I pretty obviously didn't say anything even remotely close to this. Are you aware of how many logical fallacies you commit in the midst of your debates? I might recommend some classes or texts for you to peruse. You might find them helpful. Let me know.

I'll take logical fallacies over self-righteous arrogance any day, any night.

By the way, you're not talking about the same kind of fallacies as concocting a lie to try and cover your ass after taking a swipe at another sports gaming site, are you? Let me know.
