Race A NASCAR Driver

Post by Neckthai »

The following is taken from a press release from M&M's Racing:

Gamers who think that they can race like a pro will finally have a chance to race against a pro when NASCAR sensation Elliott Sadler takes on all comers on Xbox® Live™.

Sadler will fire up Electronic Arts' groundbreaking racing game, NASCAR® 2005: Chase for the Cup™, in the latest Xbox Live "Game with Fame" event on Wednesday, October 13 at 12 p.m. PDT.

Gamers looking to tear up the track with Elliott Sadler, currently ranked 8th in the NASCAR Nextel® Cup Series, should watch for the Gamertag Candyman38 and head to the official "Game with Fame" site (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/news/events/gamewithfame.htm) for more details. For more information on Elliott Sadler, please visit www.SadlerFanClub.com.

NASCAR should take the next step on live and deduct points from your online ranking each time an obscenity is uttered through the headpiece.

PK would be far south of hell.

Well, in terms of racing games, NASCAR 2005 isn't groundbreaking. In terms of EA's NASCAR franchise, it's the best and deepest of the series, by far. So I guess it could be groundbreaking within the context of EA, although that's still quite a bit of a PR stretch.

Take care,
