I admit it...

Last night was proof of my inner demons.

After a few times when neckthai or someone else managed to wreck me (or when I took a black flag after being rear-ended!) I got a little frustrated and may have been out for a little 'revenge', even though no one had intentionally bumped me. That cost me good racing and ultimately I was the one to end up in the wall.

I woke up this morning, looked myself in the mirror and said:

"You're good enough, smart enough, and gosh darn it, people like you"

Now I'm doing much better.

Thanks to PK again for hosting.

PS>

Since JackB1 and I discovered that we live in the same area, and work about 2 miles from one-another, we're going to meet for lunch today...

Unless anyone knows that he's a serial killer? ;)

See you at 12:30 Jack.

Sport, I have some of the same problems. Most of mine stem from bogus black flags. I then turn into Paul Tracy as the red mist takes over. My worst offense had to be t-boning PK trying to make up a lap by passing people as they slowed for the pits. Yikes, not a good idea. I also tend to be slightly optimistic when it comes to passing.

Bloody good time last night, again.

So, let me be the first to ask (without know if I can even make it) we racing again tonight?

nah....maybe just a serial "wrecker". I have to appologize again to anyone who's race I may have ruined last night. I really need to stay away from those smaller, tricker tracks for now and stick with the wider, superspeedways. Some nights I cant get rid of the "wall magnet".

Good racing last night guys.

I got frustrated with the screwy rules in the game, and couldn't take anymore of that BS. I love rules, I can't race without them, but when they aren't applied properly it really gets my goat. Twice last night I was black flagged because the car less than 1sec. in front of me crashed and caused the very yellow I was black flagged under. I was just too pissed off at the game, not the players, to continue, so i went and got in a game of football. That's the last time I use the Jets. Oy. 3-9 passing!

Zep.

There's a simple solution to your problem.

1. Drink Heavily.
2. Host the game.
3. Restart whenever things don't go your way.

Works for PK! ;)

...just kidding PK.

HAHAHAHA......

Guys, another great time last night.

Although I caused 1 or 2 scraps.....I do find that if I hang back a little, especially around the turns I can usually find my spot to pass.....as long as you are in the draft you can ease off the gas just a bit and then gas it coming out of the turn

I saved a few crashes lately using that method.....although Neck might disagree after I cut him last night.

But that was PK's fault, he hit me first

>>>But that was PK's fault, he hit me first<<<

You F*CKED me, man! ;)

And yes, I will continue to use the one-lap rule when I host. If we get a wreck on the first lap, we're restarting if the race is a 20-lapper. That might not be "pure," but it's a hell of a lot more fun than trundling around for the first five laps of a race.

Out,
PK

Well, we had lunch and it turns out Jack is not a serial killer, he's a good guy.

However, I did think it was odd that he kept insisting he had candy and videogames in his van... ;)

JUST KIDDING...

In fact, it was proof positive that DSP is full of good people.

Cory's a good guy too. He even picked up the tab!
Thanks pal....I'll get the next one. Was fun meeting
one of "our own". I do have one complaint.....he refused
to give me those killer Indy setups he promised me :)

I might be on later tonite to cause more havoc on the ovals.
