There's a new game on PS PLUS called 'The Exit 8'. It's a game based off a horror movie but it's pretty cool
you walk around in a subway and you need to find differences in the same part of the subway. Sort of hard to explain but when you play it you'll understand.
Once you find the difference, you have to run the other way or you lose.
A simple but ingenious game. No stick skills needed. Just eye skills.
Check it out.

Started Ghost of Yotei on Sunday. Loved Ghost of Tsushima so giving this is a go was a no brainer

Great to hear from you, grtwtsk! I still haven't jumped in to Yotei even though it looks amazing. After recently completing Red Dead Redemption 2, the thought of a new open world game seems overwhelming.grtwhtsk wrote: Wed Jan 21, 2026 9:19 pm Started Ghost of Yotei on Sunday. I did play the demo of Final Fantasy VII yesterday on the Switch 2. My first foray in to this series. First impressions are good, but not sure if it's a game that would keep my attention.

Been playing a little bit of Donkey Kong Returns HD on the Switch 2 with the recent update while on travel. Solid game

Was thinking about picking that game up, but of course it seems like they're charging new game prices for an old game.Wilk5280 wrote: Fri Jan 23, 2026 10:52 am Been playing a little bit of Donkey Kong Returns HD on the Switch 2 with the recent update while on travel. Solid game

Yeah that part sucks for sure. I never played it before so it was an easier pill to swallow

This site is certainly a lot quieter and less active than it used to be. Damn old age.grtwhtsk wrote: Sat Jan 24, 2026 10:35 amThank you, Dan. Re: What Non-sports games is everyone playing?
Well, I shelved Animal Crossing after just a week. Too much of a sloooooow time commitment when I wasn't exactly feeling it.
My game rotation has dwindled as of late, which I'm not complaining about. I've tried multiple demos and RPG's lately, but they don't click with me. Part of getting old and finally understanding which games I like and don't like.
I've returned to a game I started months ago that I'm now obsessed with and that is Tears of the Kingdom. Game is an absolute marvel in exploration. Playing on the Switch 2 in 60 fps is just pure bliss. I needed a year or two off after playing BOTW. But man, these games are close to a 10 out of 10 as any game I've ever played.
As I look forward, the only games that I have any sort of sincere interest in is The Show 26 (son already preordered it), Forza Horizon 6, and GTA 6.
Happy gaming!
