Not much buzz in here for this one, although the previous edition in the series, Need For Speed Rivals, is a very good game:

EA Access: The gift that keeps on giving. Unbelievable that Sony rejected the service for the PS4 because "it doesn't provide enough value." Idiots.

Ea goes 1998 with full fmv. Is this a game or movie? Can't skip the fmv annoying.
Re: Trial of new Need For Speed available on EA Access
I've been hit or miss with NFS games. I kind of hate the point and boost games like Burnout, but they do fill a niche. And it does seem like EA has decided to use the NFS franchise to fill it.
But I'm willing to give this a look on EA Access, although there are a lot of other games it needs to fight with for my attention. I doubt I spend any money on it, but rather grabbing it later when it hits the Vault if it actually is great.

I'm in the same spot. A game needs to be gangbusters for me to buy it at retail launch these days. I don't have much time to play nor much time to spend full price on a title that may collect layers of dust.Aristo wrote:But I'm willing to give this a look on EA Access, although there are a lot of other games it needs to fight with for my attention. I'm the opposite. It's got to be pure dogsh*t for me to not get it at retail. I'll give this one a whirl, because I'll at least know what I think of it. I have it preordered, but if it sucks in the trial, no reason to keep that preorder with Fallout 4 coming the next week.
Re: Trial of new Need For Speed available on EA Access
Have not had time to check this out yet myself or even search the internet. So yes I am being lazy, but I am going to the sources that I trust.
Terry, Did you end up checking this out, and if so, what did you think?
