NBA 2k15 for sure on PS4.

I might pick up Destiny, but not a big Halo fan so not sure if it's for me.

I will probably get Drive Club if reviews are good.

Intrigued by The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. There's such a great Silent Hill vibe from the previews I've seen.

XB1
Destiny Digital Guardian edition - already loaded and ready to go
FarCry 4
FIFA 15 - eventually. Getting into Diablo for the first time then add Destiny? Won't have time for much else.
NHL 15 - maybe
NBA2k - maybe
Horizon2 - maybe, always play the racers for a week or two then hardly touch them

Can you tell me the differences between the 2 versions and which you prefer?

I think I will cave and get Destiny, because it looks like I'll have time to play it next week when everyone around here is into it. Otherwise I'm anticipating Dragon Age and will of course get FIFA.

I was able to trade FIFA in to Best Buy for $24 of store credit a couple of weeks ago, which amazed me, so I'm leaning towards getting discs even though I'd prefer the dowoads in every other way. If BB is going to be so generous, why not take advantage? Eventually they might wise up.

Might pick up WWE 2K15 at launch or shortly after. 8O

My list has changed just a smidge from the prior page due to a recent major purchase: :) :) :)

The new hit list, all on Xbox One:

-- Forza Horizon 2 (Pre-ordered. The best racing game on the 360 looks even better for its next-gen debut.)

-- Grand Theft Auto V (I only finished about 10 percent of the 360 version, so there's still plenty of fresh meat for me to chew. Plus I can't imagine how good this game will look on the X1. It was the best-looking game I've seen on the 360.)

-- NBA 2K15 (my sons' favorite game, by far)

-- FIFA 15 (Probably will wait until price drop or Black Friday)

-- Project Cars (Erection-provoking. This will be one of the greatest console racing games ever if Slightly Mad Studios can fulfill expectations. A MONSTER. This game could be TOCA 3 on designer performance-enhancing drugs Barry Bonds and Victor Conte couldn't even imagine.)

-- WWE 2K15 (Another Black Friday possibility. My sons and I love WWE. :))

I'm also looking at buying these titles on the cheap on eBay or other merchants:

-- Watch Dogs
-- Forza 5
-- Titanfall
-- AC 4: Black Flag

F*CK YOU, CARL! :)

I'm excited for the MCC for the same reason you are for GTA V. I finished the first game and 2. But I got distracted and played 10% or less of 3 and 4. Throw in a reboot of its awesome MP, and it should be all kinds of awesome.

Scratch Forza 5 and Watch Dogs from my list. Picked them up for $21.50 and $18.50, respectively, today on eBay. :)

You're in for a treat. At least with Forza. WD was boring after about two hours.

I enjoyed Watch Dogs for quite a bit longer, especially for a single player game--probably 10+ hours or so before it really started to wear on me, personally. Unlocking some of the skills made it get a bit cooler as I went.

Forza is ridiculous, though. Nice.

My oldest son really wants Watch Dogs. I'm intrigued by it, too -- the stealth-action combo will be a nice change of pace. I never expected much from Dishonored, another stealth-action game, and it was easily the best game I played in any genre on the 360. So who knows?

I broke my personal rule on digital downloads and got Forza 5 on DD through eBay so I can start attacking the times on The Donald's leaderboard tonight. :)

The Polygon review in particular makes this sound pretty amazing:

Been anxiously awaiting SoM simply because there isn't crap as far as swords-and-sorcery available on the PS4 (other than Bound by Flame, which was pretty much garbage). The fact that it's turned out so awesome has only made the last 2 months or so even worse for me, as everybody who saw/played it at every event this year has been singing its praises almost unanimously.

The reviews are no surprise, but it doesn't make the waiting any easier. A few more days!
