That was a severe beating. Kings unlucky to not have blown them out.

Something has to be said about staying alive while being completely dismantled that way.

If they play that way again the Rangers will probably lose by 5-6 goals in game 5.

Still. Its NEVER over til its over. I can never count out any hockey team. Especially one that has made it to the finals.

Im pretty psyched. :P

Q:Whats better than Carey Price's goal posts?

A: Lundqvist's ice.

Dont remember anything quite like that happening twice in a single game.

Pretty cool--my boss had a party at his place this past weekend where we were talking about the hockey series. The last hockey game I saw was in Anaheim when the Ducks faced the Red Wings with him, and then he told me he got game 5 tickets for this series. I started laughing going "you better hope that they lose on Wednesday, then!", and they did.

Now, he's going to be a couple rows back behind one of the nets in a possible Cup-clinching game. I bet that's a badass experience, to be there for the actual ceremony and the kissing of The Cup and all that. Insane to think about.

What a d*ck!!!

I was at game 6 in 2012. Awesome experience. What made it even better was the fact that it was a blowout and the whole game felt like a huge party for us long suffering Kings fans. I was hugging and high fiving complete strangers throughout the game. The celebration on the ice just kept going. I probably stayed at least a half hour after the cup was presented. When i left they were still out on the ice. All the players, staff, and their families were just mingling on the ice, passing the cup around, taking pictures, etc.

I'll be heading downtown tonight in hopes of having a wild night of celebrating. Don't have tickets this year although i'll probably be checking stub hub to see if prices drop closer to game time. They have already gotten a little cheaper since yesterday.

Maybe the Rangers need some of these WC Refs tonight. Pay them off and Rangers guaranteed a win tonight.

I'm 2 for 2 in Kings Stanley Cup Finals games. These so called gods may be on my side.

Rangers continue to not shoot enough...always looking for the perfect pass.
Throw the puck at the net and look for rebounds!

Thought the kings clearly had the better of the play in the first period, but I feel the Rangers have had the better of the second period.

Kings better watch out. You can see a little frustration on Doughty and others after the whistles. Some Rangers are getting into their skin and King Lundqvist is the type of guy that may just steal one from LA.

I didnt understand what Doughty was so pissed off about when they were up 1-0.

Why would that frustrate you?
