Thanks Lavan!

Thought I'd done something wrong. Weird not having a manual as I'm trying to remember how to set man marking.

Doug - this patch is great! I wanted to start a Master League campaign so I pulled the trigger on this patch and it's very, very well done. Full kits, full names of teams, Bundesliga 1 and 2, mostly updated rosters - proper LFC starting line-up (Sterling, Allen, etc) and 4-3-3 formation (except Suso is absent which is wierd since I think he's in the retail game). I'm playing as St. Pauli but using the usual Master League stiffs - god, they're crap.

I would probably wait till next week as Konami are releasing an official patch that adds some new gameplay stuff (you can apparently save at half time during master league games - nice!) and then download the newest version (1.3) of the above patch that also adds the English Championship teams.

Bloody fantastic game.

Thanks Lavan, I'll wait then.

Yep I've installed PES on my new Asus laptop and just loving it. Started a new season with the default stiffs and yes they are absolute crap. Had to laugh at the cut scene where the board is talking about the new coach as a tactical genius - the fans apparently aren't fooled, all 1,500 of them. Mind you I'll probably have to draw a picture of a goal, with an arrow pointing from the ball to the goal for the strikers to figure out what they're supposed to do. Did find some slightly less rubbish youth squad players and promoted 3 of them into the starting lineup - the 16 year old keeper is pretty damned funny but I don't dare let the Russian default keeper stay in.
