Played some firefight with buddies last night. it was a blast. the amount of configs are overwhelming. the favorite was 'all rocket launcher' (rocketfight) firefight. rockets+jet packs+firefight=awesome.

Bought it yesterday and played Firefight with randoms. So much fun! I skipped ODST so never tried FF before.

Need some buddies for a co-op campaign run. Would much rather not play it alone.

Is Halo's version of FireFight basically the same as Locust Swarm or whatever it was on Gears of War 2?

Yeah, like horde mode, but with about 8 different ways to play (classic, one round, all rocket launchers (the BEST!), all grunts, etc..). With rockets, the hardest part is not killing yourself.
