Tiger Woods hurt in car accident

It's real simple. Much of Tiger's image is built on a certain wholesomeness. If this happened to John Daly (even in his heyday) it would have made the news cycle for a few days and then passed because nobody would have been surprised. Part of the fascination with the Tiger story is the shock value it had for most people. Companies do not pay him tens of millions to endorse their products merely because he's a great golfer, but also because he has a clean image with no controversy and foolishness off the course. He has been an almost ideal endorser of products. The fact that he apparently has engaged in affairs with multiple women and is a frequent visitor to strip clubs is definitely newsworthy because it does not jibe with the perceptions that people had of him. This story is not going to go away any time soon. In fact, there will probably be reports of other women with which Tiger had affairs. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if some dude or transsexual comes out of the woodwork with claims of a relationship of some sort with Tiger. This is only the tip of the iceberg of the public relations nightmare Tiger will face. As others have said, the same cult of personality in the media that has made Tiger hundreds of millions will also work against him now that he has been found out to be an adulterer and possible serial womanizer.

Now he can endorse Trojan Condoms, Hooters Restaurants, many Las Vegas establishments.... the world is his oyster.toonarmy wrote:It's real simple. Every time I revisit this thread, I have to listen to the song again (or twice)... "Can you..."pk500 wrote:"Please ... you gotta do this for me. Can you take your name ... off your phone. My wife went through my phone ... and, uh, she may be calling you ... "

Rumor has it that right when it starts to kick in, like ten min. after swallowing it...you get some crazy high when climaxing. So I'm told.DivotMaker wrote:"Ambien" sex? Jason Whitlock weighs in. No pun intended.

I love this part:
http://msn.foxsports.com/golf/story/10464562
I love this part:
Merry Christmas DSP.And Tiger never lied to us. Oh, he might have lied to himself, his wife and his kids. But he never lied to the public. From what little we know about Woods, his running buddies off the course are Jordan, Barkley and Ken Griffey Jr.
You know what they say about birds, feathers and flocks.
If you saw me at a strip club with Ronald McDonald, would you be shocked to see me at a drive-thru ordering a Big Mac at 3 a.m? Hell, no.
So why are we feigning shock that Tiger likes side dishes? Jordan and Barkley don't? PGA stands for ***** Galore Association.
