Why you shouldn't you be able to get the % info on a practice putt? You can do it with any other shot on the hardest difficulty settings? The real crux of the putting meter off is so you can't watch the meter fill up as you take your backswing, forcing you to rely on feel.

so what happened with the scores of this tournament we were all playing? or was this just a test?

can we do a weekly cross-platform tournament and keep track of scores?

So is it not feasible to do a cross platform thing?

Who else besides me and Teal have the 360 version?

Looking at the scores in the front page looks like a couple of more guys have the 360 version right, including me. And I am sure there are some more dudes out there.

Pretty sure I played this event on the 360, not sure why my score is not posted even though it sucked....

Maybe I am going blind, but I did not see your score in this thread or in a PM Divot.

Looks like the balance of 360/Wii is a little different than I expected. Maybe this week I'll just post a course and settings and everyone can set it up themselves. I do need to know which courses on 360 are available from the get-go though, and which are locked.

I would prefer to just play the "Play With Pro" tournaments, so maybe us 360 guys can just do the weekly "Play with Pro" tournaments (1st round) and post our scores separately or we could create a separate thead for the 360 guys (if there are enough).

Ah, I thought you pulled them off of the leaderboards within the game....I'll take note of that for the next tournament.

I'm in as well, although my scores will be posted from the PS3 version (which should not make a difference). The wider range of motion afforded by the Dualshock stick makes PS3 Tiger more enjoyable to me than the 360 version.

I would also like to play more than just one round, but anything is fine with me.

Do you think us 360/PS3 players should do our own "tour" since the game is totally different on those platforms versus the Wii? If so, I'd like to use my created golfer if you guys are up for it. I'm planning on playing the "play with the pros" event every week, and since you can only enter it once, I don't really want to use an actual pro. My created guy isn't as strong as most pros, but I have more fun playing with him. Also, how many rounds should we post scores for? I'm planning on playing all 4 rounds each event, but if people don't want to commit to that, maybe we could just agree to post the scores of our first round or first two rounds?

BTW, JackB1 emailed me, he is planning on playing and asked me to post his scores in this thread since he is currently banned from posting.

I don't mind playing with my created player but shouldn't be a cap in terms of attributes? My guy is currently at 6.4 or so, because of the little time I have, I've been balancing between GST and Tiger on the Wii, and I just got FNR 4. I don't see myself playing all four rounds but for sure up to two.

I'm not sure how many rounds we are reporting, but I shot -2/+2 in the first two rounds for even par overall. I'm guessing there will be some very low scores for this tourney. I'm pretty disappointed how I ended up, I started the first round -6 on the front 9 before I completely lost my swing.

I shot E/-5 my last two rounds, for a final tournament score of -5. I guess since I'm the only one playing I win by default?

I played on the PS3. I was -6 after 2 rounds but by the time it was all said and done I found myself at +1.

I'm guessing this tour is dead now, but I posted -9/-1/-3/-4 for -17 overall in this week's play the pros event. Tiger Woods has nothing on me I guess.

Do any of the Wii guys have interest in doing a Wii tournament this week/weekend?

We could go by the same rules, playing a round or two on this week's weekly tournament with a pre-set pro golfer.

Unfortunately, it seems like there is little interest from the 360 guys.

I would be open to some head to head online play though or 2 vs 2.

I am always interested, but I think that by the time I hop online, most of you guys are finishing up with our three hours difference. If any of you are late gamers, just give me a buzz and we'll set up something on TP.
