One of the greatest arcade sports games ever makes its debut on Live next Wednesday:

"WELCOME to CYBERBALL"

This will be a kick on multiplayer.

Ironically, it will be my first "football" purchase this season...LOL

I used to work with the guys that made cyberball. We had a machine in the office and some pretty fierce competition.

Yeah yeah, rub it in... Her and her 400 hours of playing Zuma... hard to keep up with that...

How come they lowered the prices on games I already have that I really want?

Dig Dug looks like the only game I'll be getting since I already have Zuma. Hopefully they will do well with this sale and have more like it in the upcoming holidays.

I can predict that it will probably backfire on them, unless they've done some kind of massive overhaul of the engine.

Yeah, what a disappointment. The only value Cyberball had was in head-to-head play.

As am I, but for reasons not yet revealed it's been released everywhere except Europe, where apparently it's delayed but due 'soon'. I might see if I can join the hordes of non-US residents who've suddenly moved to 90210 zip codes, but it's unlikely that I'll bother so I'd love to hear some impressions when you get hold of it.

APF's demo came out a week after its release. So hopefully early next week. Try it out, you won't be dissappointed.

Most definitely. I'm happy with NHL 08, but would love to try NHL 2k8 out.
