F*ck no.
That's just plain craziness...
Head to head is only good for football. Too much luck involved with h2h in baseball and basketball.
Pigpen, thanks for setting this up.
I vote for $10 this year (I think we did $5 last year). First and second payouts, maybe 70/30?

The payout doesn't matter to me. I vote for Jackdog handling the fees as in years past.
I was thinking of making a small trophy or a T-shirt for the winner. The trophy coul be held for a year...with picture on the home page of DSP conditioneal on Jared's approval.

Nothing says "nerd" like proudly displaying a fantasy sports victory trophy.
I could be the "bank" for you guys if you wish...no biggie for me. If you guys want me to handle it, just let me know.

You got it Scott. I also agree that 10 bucks is a good fee.

Guys, the fee is not the end all important part of the league...it is a bonus to the winner and 2nd place finsher, ebough money to buy a video game on the rest of us.
Come on Zlax...don't let $10 discourage you.

If you guys are having me hold on to the money, we need to start getting payments in. No one has paid yet. $10.50 to my nick @yahoo.com is my paypal address. The .50 covers the fees that they will take out when it's transferred. And remember, DO NOT mention fantasy sports or anything in the subject line...just send it free of text.

Got paid from SF, Blub and JD...(man what's with you guys and your E-Checks that take 4 days to clear, I don't understand how you do that instead of an instant payment).

Propose adding another pitcher slot. Current settings have 13 hitters and 7 pitchers, with 1250 max IP to be spread among the staff.
Adding an 8th pitcher would do three things:
-give more parity between hitters and pitchers
-reduce avg IP per pitching slot from 179 to 156
-make the draft an even number of rounds
I really don't care if it's a SP or a P
