I don't get this, Tim. MS offered courses for $5 in 2003. EA will just trot out the same mantra as every developer trying to justify their feature-stripped, pretty-graphics next-gen games: "Development costs have gone through the ROOF!" and hang a price tag of $7 to $10 per course.
That price may be justified due to the expensive nature of building 18 holes instead of just one stadium, but hell, buying six extra courses could double the retail price of the game. That's a rip-off.
