Please just end the Dan Pastorini wanabe Vegas Pick Em charade, after picking Oregon St to beat Louisville you lost any credibility here.

Also did you have to quote the post that was RIGHT ABOVE your picks.

Plus that Lousiville pick was pretty ridiculous.

There are three really big games in the Big 10 this week. Minnesota hasn't beaten Purdue in a while and they have another chance to actually prove they're a real team when the Boilermakers go to the Dome this weekend. Iowa going to Ohio State is going to be tough. This is going to be 13-10 for whoever wins. And the Michigan/UW game is going to be a doozy. I'm not sure if the city of Madison can survive people tailgating all day for a Michigan game, but it will be fun finding out. If the Badgers win this one, the party on State Street will be one to remember.

Funny line, yet sad at the same time.
While Stoops spoke to the media, red-blazered reps of the Holiday Bowl circled. It's a swell postseason game in lovely San Diego -- but let's face it, those aren't the bowl officials Oklahoma is accustomed to hanging out with.
Plus they move Thompson to Wide Receiver. Leaving me to back up Bomar if he gets injured.

USC will be with out the services of starting LB Dallas Sartz, and CB Terrell Thomas. To make matters worse highly touted freshman LB Brian Cushing who, was the #1 LB prospect in the country according to some is till out. I thnk Darnell Bing, whose their best defensive player is questionable for the game.

This makes an already shaky defense shakier. Going on personal experience, travelling to Autzen to play the Ducks is not a fun experience, and Oregon has offense to burn.

As a Trojan fan this game makes me real nervous.

Oh, so SC only will win by 21 instead of 35. I pity you, you dick. :)

Take care,

I am looking forward of Course to the Eagles vs Tigers game because that involves my team.

I am really looking forward to the GT vs VT game on saturday. I think both these teams coudl give each other a good game only if Ball is at QB for GT. LSU vs TEN shoudl also be a good game with LSU winning the game because they are better coached in my opinion.

I could be wrong but I do not think they have spreads for games involving 1-A and 1-AA teams? The local paper has been mentioning the 100 point mark every day so that is stuck in the players heads.

700 yards might be from the arm of Hodges alone if they let him get 3 full quarters. 732 is the record by Klingler and just over 1000 as a team for Houston back in their glory days.

Didnt Oregon also lose a great player, that stud RB they recruited?

I know you are worried, but from some of your post's at OS during the SC / Ark game, one would think you were saying USC could possibly lose that game.

I know you are a realist, but in my opinion you are a bit too pessimistic at times BK. I say SC wins easily hands down, even in Autzen.

USC could beat some NFL teams, my hometown Lions being one of them.

Not saying they couldn't lose, but the talent on that team is so far ahead of any other college it isn't even funny. I believe the NCAA should put a one year ban on recruiting for USC so other colleges have a chance.

No. Just a frustrated Lions fan.

If they played like they did against the Bears, it might be close.

With Hurricane Rita bearing down on the Western Gulf Coast, the Tennessee-LSU game, originally scheduled for Saturday in Baton Rouge, La., has been postponed to Monday at 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will be aired on ESPN2.

Wow, I didn't realize how far Fat Phil had fallen in the eyes of the nation. Les Miles is now considered a better coach than Fulmer?!? As a disgruntled UT fan, I don't necessarily disagree. I just thought that most of the Fulmer-bashing was limited to Squid and whiny Vols fans.

Yeah, Fat Phil is a joke. TN championship under Phil was a joke. I still can't believe Arkansas gave away that game during the regular season which set up TN for the championship. Volunteers constantly underachieve and play uninspired football. Heck, Kentucky almost beat them last year. Now that Zook is gone, Florida will take them to the woodshed every year.
