Fricking Quintana accepts arbitration and gets 4 million!!!!
I never wanted to offer him arbitration. Supposedly he was a Type A free agent so I had to to get a draft pick. Now he gets 4 million dollars? Have fun sitting the bench has bench. Why doesn't this guy just retire. Argh.
