PGA 2000 Championsip (Yeah, I know it´s old)

Post by matthewk »

I just found this at Half Price Books for $6, so I decided to pick it up. With all the TW talk and golfing last week, I got the itch for a new golf game. I have JN5, but I just can´t get into it.

Anyways, does anyone know of a good place to download new courses? I know the game´s old, but there has to still be a few places to get all of the created courses that were created back when this game was fresh.

Thanks in advance,
-Matt
Those two sites will have you covered. Looks like they still have the full PGA 2000 collection.

Thanks for the links (no pun intended).

I´ve been playing this game in short spurts for a few days now, and WOW this is great. For $6 this game was a steal!

Even though my PC is a bit dated (450mhz), PGA 200 looks great. The courses I´ve downloaded are as good as the ones included. I´m glad I found this instead of paying $50 for TW2004 on the Xbox.

I was worried about the trueswing at first, but I´m in love with it now. It gives a much better "feel" to golfing than the tri-click system.

I can see myself putting many hours into this one....

I played this game to death back in the day.

I sold it after my hard drive was running out of space.

I competed in a few tournaments through the copyright club and did extremely well.

I loved the user made courses by Ken Mchale and Bob Dhampa...

It is to bad Sierra couldn´t stop Headgate from going to EA....I would have like to see what they would have done to the game without all the Tiger stuff.

Still one of my all-time favorites, but that´s only because I had a hand in molding True Swing into what it is
