NBA2k6 League Sign Up: Simulation Sports Network (SSN)

Post by CerealKillah »

League Now Full...Thanks for your support haters...especially the haters...

Please leve the following information if you are interested in applying for a position as a head coach in the SSN:

Name:
Team (1st Choice):
2nd Choice:
3rd Choice:
Gamertag:
E-mail :
One other league you have played in:
Are you able to play 2 games per week?: yes or no

This will be a pure simulation league that will look to eliminate any and all cheese and or garbage. Settings and play levels will be determined once the game comes out but its likely that this league will run on the highest competitive level barring any serios gameplay issues on said level. Weekly write ups will be done by yours truly and this leaguie will be well managed in a timely manner.

What I pretty much plan to do at this point is just look at who signs up and try to match ballers up with the teams that they want...I don't expect an overload of interest so we can go 1st come first serve...But if we get a full 30+ ballers or so we MAY go with a draft of some sort. But I'm more interested in a solid league as opposed to a full league.

This will NOT be a franchise league and wholesale trading of players will not be an option...We will do free agent signings and other realistic trades but in terms of team overhauls thats not where I'm trying to go with this. Anyone who knows me knows I'm all about keeping it real so there will be no BS play or garbage in this league.

I will only consider SERIOUS applicants so if you have a history of starting and not finishing please do not apply. I will look at keeping this season real short...Something like a 15 game season so we can power through w/o people losing interest...I'd like to keep it short and tight because of the XBOX 360 seasons upcoming. Even if we only roll with 10 ballers thats even better cause I only want committed serious cats..No deadbeat ballers.

Aight just leave your info and your 1st and second or third team of choice and we will take it from here....Finally if you have interest in writing any stories or contributing to the website let me know...I plan to use the ESPN league sites. Thanks for your anticipated interest.

*I will only do this league if the game is tight, online play is smooth and if we get at least 10 serious ballers who are up to playing in a fun simulation league.

Personal foul, too many uses of the word "ballers," 15 yard penalty, repeat post.

Self Promotion, apparently you did not read the forum guidelines. Plus the baller to video game player ratio here is far out a whack for you tastes.

LOCK, BAN, DELETE & ELIMINATE THE WORD BALLER FROM THE DSP DICTIONARY.

Oh and Dave...

I just got served by B.A. Baracus. Is this the part where I hang my head in shame, or is my avatar of Young sufficient?

I am sure based on past experience you have had here with the NCAA 06 league, people will line up around the corner to be part of the greatness that is the "SSN"! Especially with a group of people they have never run across before.

Well I did not sign up for it since they had really low standards for who they let in to play. ;)

Like DB said so eliquently, step away from the message board.

Yeah, I make it a point to avoid any venture where the word "smoove" is even remotely involved.

No, it was all business, nothing personal. I was working for Kellogs.
