Hey boom, I don';t think there is.
DVD-ROM drives can be had on eBay EXTREMELY cheap.

Make sure you DON'T get a 1x DVD drive, though -- it MUST be AT LEAST 2x to work with RD2!

Just wait another week or so. Someone will come up with a ripper to make the DVD into individual CDs...at least that's what happened with the DVD version of PES3.

DVD-Roms are super cheap. You should probably just pick one up, TOCA or not TOCA.
