Coming up on DSP: Comments from MVP team on lefty bug + more

Hey everyone,

I just got off the phone with Brent Nielsen, producer of MVP Baseball 2004. We talked about lots of things, including the lefty issue and other related topics. We hope to have this in a story soon...can't say when, however. We'll try to get the story up as soon as possible.

We spoke at length about the lefty issue. (Can't say anything more about it right now...you'll hear about it when the piece goes up.)

Jared - the anticpation is killing me. I guess we are not going to see the article until tomorrow. Just let me know if he admitted a lefty "issue" and whether there will be a fix.

I must admit, The lefty issue is important, You can still play the game with it, the worst effect is the stats, But the 15 pitcher and 10 position player cpu roster bug after the first season is HUGE...

That is a dynasty killer.. IMO, this ranks over lefty bug..

Actually, DSP is a fully owned subsidiary of EA Sports, member of their insidous Magical Black Arts Public Relations Division.

Now off to swim in my pool filled with Benjamins from EA Sports!

(Actually, I'm giving them a chance to clarify a few statements in the piece before I release it. Unfortunately, the producer is unavailable for comment until Monday, and I want to be fair and give him a chance to respond again before I go live with the piece.)

I didn't ask him about it, and I don't know anything about it myself (I've only played it on the console, not the PC.)
