Tomorrow is the day, off to London!

I cannot begin to tell you how excited my wife and I are.
 
 For me, the trip will be highlited by a visit to White Hart lane on jan. 17th to see Tottenham vs. Liverpool. I already have the tickets.
 
 I am going to take a massive ammount of pictures, especially at the soccer match.
 
 If anyone is interested, I can make a website photo log and share some pictures....maybe I can show some of the wife as well( a real treat).
 
 I´m going to get many photos of our visit to White Hart Lane as well as the surrounding pubs before and after the match.
 
 We are going to take a day train tour to Edinburgh, Scotland as well. i wish we could make it to Manchester to see/meet Dave.
 
 If anyone has any suggestions for places to visit while in London. I want to check out the Imperial War Museum.

 How long are you gonna be there? I was there a few years ago. It´s a very fun city (though a bit cold in the winter). I went in August and got to see Leicester City v. West Ham and (the highlight) Arsenal v. Liverpool at Highbury. What an atmosphere...I was behind one of the goals with some boisterous Arsenal fans. Was tons of fun. And ends up that I was sitting next to someone that coached Joe-Max Moore when he was a youth. Great time...hope you have fun.

We are leaving San Diego Airport at 8:30 tomorrow morning and will arrive in Philly at 4:30 PM...then off to London at 8:30 PM and arriving at 8:30 Tuesday morning London time.
 
 We will leave London on Monday the 19th at 12:30 PM...to Charlotte and back to San Diego at 8:30 PM...Monday night.
 
 I looked for a first division match to go to, but I think I am pushing my luck with the one match...although she is looking forward to the experience...my wife has other plans for us the other days.

Good idea with the Imperial War Museum. Been to London twice and went both times. If you are at all into modern war history you will really enjoy it.

Have a great time over here in Blighty, I´m sure you´ll love it. I note that you are off to White Hart Lane..that ground has had a lot of work in the last few years, and looks better now than it did when I was last there.
