Anyone up for an old-school GRID Autosport Poker Night tonight on the Xbox 360? 10 p.m. (ET)?

Would like to get at least four dudes committed before moving forward. Come one, come all!

Seriously, the offline portion of this game is so deep and so superb you'll easily get $50 of enjoyment after the inevitable collapse of enthusiastic DSP Xbox Live play occurs.

I bought the game and just raced at Brands Hatch. Finished 11/16 on a three lap race 1. Getting ready for Race 2.

I was never very good but my God have I gotten shitty at racing games...Age is setting in at least on me. Terry will be doing this better than most when he is 80.

What settings are we using? I want to get used to the game the way it will be played online.

Maybe its my driving but the ai cars have taken my out a couple of times....

Did manage a 2nd place at Brands Hatch in race 2 as my team mate was holding off the field for a while. After my previous experience, when the Ai car came at me for first place I just got out of his way. Good practice for a race night.

Alex, I only use ABS. And I hope to wean myself from that. But I will be very permissive when setting up rooms, probably allowing all driver aids short of braking and steering assist. Full racing line, ABS and traction control will be cool.

Poker Nights are supposed to be fun and inclusive, not the video game equivalent of waterboarding.

New job, long hours, lots of tiredness, so I couldn't commit to a batsh*t o'clock race the other night. I'll be there for a race as often as I'm physically capable, though.
